When you arrive at KendallBrooke you will first notice the beautiful wrap around farmer’s porch. There are four rocking chairs, two Adirondack chairs and a wrought iron couch to enjoy. As you enter you have two entrances to use. The first entrance will bring you into our home from the front of the house. The second is on the side of the wrap around porch which will bring you to the mudroom, this door has a keyless entry Schlage lock. This area offers a bench and many hooks for hanging up jackets, towels, outdoor gear, etc. The main living area of the house has a dining room table that seats 12 for quality family meals and game time. The family room has two large sofas to enjoy the beautiful gas fireplace with a flat screen SMART TV with free internet. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances to provide you all the comforts of home along with an island that seats 4 people. The kitchen is completely outfitted to cook all meals at the house. There is also a half bath off the main living area. The back deck/porch is located off of the kitchen which is perfect to enjoy the White Mountain fresh air all times of the day. Here, you will find an outside dining table that seats 12 and a large gas grill perfect for bbq'ing family meals. The deck has an 8 person hot tub! For evenings, there is a nice fire pit with an authentic ski chair to sit in while enjoying your mountain evening.

All of the bedrooms and the full bathroom are located on the second level. Two of the bedrooms have King beds, the third has two twin bunk beds and the fourth has a twin bunk bed. All of the bedrooms offer plenty of space. All rooms offer a dresser to store your clothes in. The bathroom offers a double bowl sink and a full size shower/tub.

This home is centrally located and offers a safe seven minute sidewalk stroll to the center of North Conway Village or a 60 second car ride to Cranmore Mountain Resort.

In the winter, the outdoor furniture on the wraparound deck, backporch and firepit have been put away due to winter weather. The firepit is not shoveled out to use. The driveway is plowed, but you will need to shovel the front step if it snows.
