House in typical small Breton village 400m from the superb Kerhillio Beach. Many sports are practicable: windsurfing, surfing, kitesurfing, sand yachting, shore fishing, sea fishing, horse riding (on the beach or trails), international golf of st laurent (18 holes) at 6 km, tennis, squash , mini-golf at 500 m, numerous signposted coastal hiking and mountain biking trails (80 km of trails on Erdeven through menhirs, dolmens, chapels and fountains). Nearby: Carnac and its megalithic alignments, La Trinité-sur-mer and its marina, the Quiberon peninsula and its wild coast, the Gulf of Morbihan, the Ria d'Etel, the Islands: Beautiful island at sea , Groix, Houat, Hoedic ...
