Casa Vista Mar @ Playa La Saladita, Oceanfront, Infinity Pool, World-Class Surf

Casa Vista Mar is beachfront to the premier world class left point surf break called Saladita. Surfing Saladita (for expert and novices alike), is a very long left that is great for long boarding which is only a 5 min walk down the beach, or the “Ranch” which is about a 30 min drive north which has a nice long left to it that is fun for short boarding and long boarding. It's warm waters, (the water temp is usually around 76-86 degrees year round), beautiful beaches, and long waves, makes this an ideal destination for surfers from allover the world. But surfing isn’t the only thing to do.

Other activities include relaxing and or swimming in the Infinity Pool, fishing (surfcasting or panga rental), Stand Up Paddle Boarding, boogie boarding, beach combing, yoga, horseback riding, and bird watching, turtle and whale watching, kite boarding, shopping, and local organic farmer's market.
Massages can be arranged, as well as day trips to historical towns/ sites and other activities that are available in the area.

There is the Main House, with 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, which sleeps 9 comfortably. The Main House has 3 floors. On the main floor there is a full gourmet kitchen with island and bar stools ( you can watch the surf while cooking), living room, dinette, 1 bedroom and 1 full bath. There is a large covered deck off the main floor with dining table and chairs, lounge chairs, hammocks, all this with ocean front incredible views.

On the second floor, there are 2 large Master Bedrooms, ocean views, with Queen size beds, (you can check the surf from your bed), full bathrooms and walk in showers, and closets. Both have covered decks facing west towards to ocean. There is a additional guest bedroom with a Queen size bed and a single bed on this floor. This room has ocean and mountain views.

The Third Floor is the Top Deck, with a Palapa, bar and ½ bath. This amazing area has the most incredible, majestic views of the entire bay, a perfect place to watch the sunsets, relax and take a siesta in the hammock or do some star gazing at night are all favorites.

The Pool Area has a infinity pool, has unobstructed view of the surf and beach, along with a covered deck and patio to enjoy yourselves on the lounge chairs.

The Lower Pool room (This additional space is available, your nightly rate would increase, if needing to accommodate more guests.) It has a Queen size bed, a full bath with walk in shower, a small kitchenette, dinette and a/c. There is also a futon couch.
The entire house is ocean front and amazing views.

There is a outside shower to rinse off after coming in from the beach, covered Surfboard/Paddle board racks are also provided. We offer both Paddle Boards and Surfboards (both Long and Short Boards and a few Soft Top Surf Boards), for rent if requested.

Additionally Casa Vista Mar offers our hosts Javier & Marie Isabel, who live in a private home at back of property.You will have access to 24/7 assistance should you have any questions, needs or problems during your stay. Full daily maid service and daily pool service and landscape maintenance is provided. Optional, you may contract amazing meal preparation, (this is a wonderful treat when you are on vacation). Laundry service, is additional; upon request with Javier.
