About this property

Updated Lake House with Beach!

Beautiful home that comfortably sleeps 6. Part of a community that shares a large family friendly beach. Within walking distance to downtown Center Harbor. A great location for a weekend away at Lake Winnipesaukee!

Our home comes fully equipped with the following: Three Bedrooms (master has queen bed and TV), one full bathroom, one sitting room with couches and coffee table, one den with a TV, one propane grill, one fully screened in porch.

You'll have access to the entire house, shared lawn areas, shared beach, and dock. You will not have access to the boat slip, boat parking, or our boat. If you require boat docking you can use the Center Harbor public docks. They have free 3 hour parking all day. The docks are .5 miles from the house. They are closed overnight.

We'll be available via phone, email, and text.

Unfortunately the house is not handicap accessible. There are two window air conditioners installed in master bedroom and living room.

Perfect Lake Spot

This is an amazing home located right on the lake. Beautiful views, amazing neighbors, room for the entire family! I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed staying here!! I highly recommend it.

It was very relaxing and quiet neighborhood. Pay attention to the directions on the listing the GPS takes you somewhere else. They were very nice to work with and flexible when our stay was extended

The property was great clean central Ac was great the people in other homes were very friendly. It has a nice beach for the grandkids. The only thing was I wish there was a dock for the boat, but I was able to work out a slip at Fay's for the week.

Wonderful lake house

My family and I stayed at this lake house 2 times now- and each time has been wonderful. It is so clean and convenient. It has all the amenities, and the lake is right outside your door- truly a fantastic place!

Wonderfully clean and central location

My family and I had an amazing experience at this house! It was so clean and spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities of home- with the beautiful lake less than a minute’s walk away. Perfect lake home experience!!!!
