Great location, needs updating

I would give this house a 4.5 if that was an option. The house is in a great location and is quite large with lots of space for a big group. As others have noted, one of the bedrooms is only accessible through other bedrooms and since the upstairs bathrooms are all en suite, the person staying in that room must go into another bedroom to use a bathroom. The house needs updating and some basic maintenance/upkeep. Several of the windows don't work properly, there is worn peeling painters tape on the edges of steps and the shower head in the "mountain view" bedroom sends water out of the shower. The dishwasher isn't bolted in and so falls open and out. The bath towels and rugs need replaced as they're old and worn. A little upkeep would go a long way here because it is a really great location.

Awesome view

Awesome view!!!! The house was very comfortable! Hostess was very responsive. The only drawback is house needs to be updated, the floors, carpet and rugs needs a deep cleaning. The mat in the kitchen looks so dirty. It needs to be thrown away.

Great location and perfect for a large family

We recently stayed on the beautiful North Shore with my family of 4, my brothers family of 4 and our parents and had a wonderful stay. The house comfortably fit all of us for sleeping and had a great arrangement for kids to have their space and adults to have theirs. Nothing beats waking up to a great view of Queens Bath and the ocean and you can catch great sunsets on the nearby Makai golf course or 1 hotel. Summer time I can imagine you can see the sunset from the property. We could even see sea turtles directly from the cliff above where the property sits. Princeville and Hanalei are special locations and this property is a great way to experience it. We hope to stay here again in the coming years! Austin

This vacation exceeded expectations!! Large living spaces, beautiful yard and views, and close to beautiful Hanalei Bay. We will be back.

It was a great place to visit but the hot tub was not very clean even after the guy came to clean it

Loved the view from the property. We enjoyed seeing the turtles and whales going by.
