Loved our Stay

The house was perfect for the 22 members of our family. Location and distance to the beach was awesome. When not at the beach we loved the swimming pool. We had a minor issue with power to the TV in the main family room which we identified on Sunday evening after hours for the helpline - and they contacted us immediately, and had a service person fix the problem Monday morning. Next time we are in Destin this will certainly be at the top of our list of places to stay.

Thanksgiving getaway

We had a great stay. There were a few issues at the beginning but Stephen took care of them right away. The home is beautiful, and we loved the pool and back porch with outdoor kitchen. For a group of 18, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. I would definitely come back!

Office Retreat

This could not have been a better venue. Rooms and Beds for everyone. Fantastic Kitchen set up. Plenty of seating, towels, amenities. BEST rental home pool I have ever seen! Management of the property was on a luxury level. Golf cart, bikes, and proximity to beach were ideal. The only small feedback was that the closest public access beach is a tiny strip of beach - so get out there early. But everyone was so polite on the beach. It was close quarters but no obnoxious people present! We loved every second. The sun came out for us, and we lounged like lizards. We have a private Chef David Cunningham of Cinders and Salt join us at the house one day for Brunch and Dinner and we were SPOILED! Would totally do this same retreat again!

Beautiful vacation home!!

This has been the best VRBO we have rented! It was even better than the pictures! Everything here was perfect and our family of 20 were extremely impressed and comfortable! The pool and patio area were excellent and the location so close to the beach was perfect. It is a huge property - all of the rooms are large! You will love this place - zero issues! Great trip!!

Extended Family Trip to Beach

The home was beautifully decorated, nearly new with high-end finishes. Extremely well designed and thought thru for hosting large families or groups. The kitchen was well stocked with any and all needed utensils and cooking tools. Abundant refrigerators, ice makers, laundry equipment. Large dining and gathering spaces, beautiful pool and lounging areas. Impeccable furnished and maintained. Our family of 20 had plenty of room and completely enjoyed our stay. Our 5th trip of this sort and by far our favorite home! Bikes and golf cart really topped it off!The one area for improvement is the small beach access area. There were too many visitors trying to enjoy too little allocated beach space! Other than that it truly was perfect!

Great house for large group

We loved staying in this spacious beautiful house. Three things that would make have made it perfect .. 1) the sheets on the king sized beds do not fit and come off during the night, kind of irritating. 2) the family room furniture is kind of worn out and sparse for such a large space. The room echoes because there is no rug. 3) the master bathroom had lights that were burned out over the sink. We called and asked for someone to bring light bulbs but no one ever came. I should not have had to ask more than twice.. but I did and still no one came.

Dream House

This place was everything we expected. Short walk from beach and conveniently located, our family vacation was unforgettable. The rooms were beautiful and the mattresses were extremely comfortable. The only issue was that one of the dryers was inoperable, which made washing a bit difficult for so many people. Aside from that, amazing place!

Great 3 Day weekend in Destin

Great property, and Stephen was excellent. He really took care of us, was very prompt when I contacted him with questions, and very easy to work with. Stephen is a great asset!! The house is spacious and very well laid out. The only drawbacks were the large grill by the pool that wasn't working, and the televisions. The television in the kitchen room had multiple remotes - could have been made a lot easier to operate. The television by the pool was also difficult to figure out how to operate.

November 2021 Stay

We were a family of 14 spending 5 days together before the holidays. We are from Virginia, New York, Texas, and Florida. The House was beautiful. Everyone loved the heated pool and bedrooms with en-suites. Only issues we noticed was a lack of wine glasses (there was one), a broken faucet handle in the half bath, and a broken can opener. Thank you 360 Blue; we had a fabulous time.

Beautiful house close to the beach

The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures, and the pool was amazing There! There were a couple minor items that needed to be addressed while we were there. Property Mgt was very responsive and took care of them immediately. Space at the closest beach access was tight, but if you go 1 block down it was much better (and they do umbrella/chair rentals there). Overall, a wonderful experience. My only suggestion for improvement - adding shades to the bedrooms. It is very bright, very early.

The Getaway

We booked this property to enjoy a vacation from work. Upon arrival the pool was not clean; however they came the next day to get the problem corrected. The elevator never worked. Overall, the house wa a perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was excellent for entertaining, and the location to the beach couldn’t be better!
