It is conveniently located to Cobb Galleria, Cobb Energy Center, Vinings, Cumberland Mall, Silver Comet Trail and only a 10 minute drive to Buckhead and Downtown Atlanta. Enjoy the benefit of being surrounded by some of the finest shopping, dining, entertainment and outdoor pursuits available in the metro area. Walk to a round of golf at Fox Creek public golf course, take a refreshing bike ride to the vibrant Smyrna Market Village or a short drive into the city. Avonlea Square is in the heart of one of metro Atlanta's most sought after neighborhoods located within minutes of SunTrust Park and a short drive Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Property was in a great location, close to everything (25 minutes to heart of Atlanta) Secure and nicely tucked in the corner which was quiet. Rooms were large and comfortable. Bathrooms clean and well stocked. Can’t comment on pool or clubhouse because we never made it there but the complex is very well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. We were able to check into the apartment early (at noon) which was great since we had an early flight. The only issue was response time of host and not receiving check-in information until morning of arrival.

Perfect Location to Visit with Family in Norther Suburbs

Four adults visiting our Atlanta family spread across northern 285 and up to Paulding county. Location was perfect, unit was spacious to the point where we hosted, and the complex has great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was so clean and well maintained. The pool and gym were beyond expectations and used daily. Only complaint was the wifi at pool and gym had a very poor connection. Would definite stay here again if in Atlanta.
