Located on the ground floor of the street Buade a very bright apartment, quiet and comfortable.

It consists of two separate rooms:
Fitst room : fully equipped kitchen with dining corner and bathroom
(shower, sink, washing machine & WC)
Second room : living room with lounge area (sofa, desk, TV and storage) and night area (double bed 140 X 190, bedside tables, chest of drawers)
Decoration in the spirit of Albi old with original beams and tiles and all the contemporary conveniences.
Economic heating in winter, very good insulation.
Ideal for exploring Albi or stay in the city for work.
THE owners will welcome you to advise you during your to stay.

To pay to the owner:
Deposit 150 €, returned at departure.

Beautiful apartment, nice decor, really big, perfect location, very near to the Cathedral and the Toulouse - Lautrec museum in a quiet street , no noise at all. The owners very helpful and kind,; they give us their phone numbers just in case we needed it and also we find a paper about what to do during our stay, emergency phone numbers, etc, etc. You will find a washing machine; all the appliances worked fine and

non pas vraiment..et ce malgré la courtoisie du propriotaire

premiere impression en rentrant, une certaine vétusté et on decouvre le côté obsolète de ĺélectromenagé...parking attention payant...sinon vous etes sur place et on peut decouvrir facilement la vieille ville...sa cathédrale et les concerts divers et variés.

En panne de voiture juste avant le départ nous avons été accueillis merveilleusement par les propriétaires qui sont d'une gentillesse et d'une prévention remarquables. Un excellente adresse en plein cœur d'une ville pleine de charme qui peut se découvrir à pied. Un grand merci !!
