Maison agréable très bien située pour visiter la région

Maison agréable et pratique située dans un quartier calme à 10 minutes des premières plages de St Georges de Didonne, emplacement idéal pour visiter et rayonner dans la région. Propriétaire disponible pour répondre à nos questions avant notre séjour et très bon accueil d'Alexandra à notre arrivée.

voll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus an der französischen Atlantikküste

Wir waren 10 Tage als Familie in dem schönen Ferienhaus in Medis bei Royan. Das Haus enspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist voll ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Die Lage ist sehr gut. Mit dem Auto ist man flott an verschiedenen Stränden oder auch im Einkaufszentrum. Die Gegend ist sehr schön. Die Strände nicht überlaufen und die Wellen am Atlantik super! Die Kommunikation sowohl mit dem Vermieter als auch dem Hauswerwalter vor Ort war problemlos. Alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. So wünscht man sich einen Aufenthalt in einem Ferienhaus! Danke!

Location parfaite

Nous avons passé deux semaine dans cette maison. Elle est fonctionnelle et minutieusement entretenue, on entre dans une maison neuve d'une propreté remarquable. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse et les repas au barbecue ainsi que la cuisine et son complet équipement. La maison se situe dans un quartier trés calme. Elle a l' avantage d'être hors des nuisances de la ville tout en étant proche de Royan et d'un grand complexe commercial. Dois-je en dire plus sur les propriétaires qui sont avenants, avec qui il y a une communication facile et qui s'inquètent de savoir si tout s'est bien passé pendant le séjour. Merci pour le Pineau de bienvenue. Nous comptons y retourner bientôt.

séjour agréable dans belle propriété

Nous (3 adultes, 2 enfants) avons occupé et apprécié cette propriété durant la première quinzaine d'août. La maison est de plein-pied, très bien équipée, bien entretenue dans quartier remarquablement calme avec une belle terrasse ombragée à l'arrière. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. La location s'est déroulée sans accrocs et M. Vitrac fait de son mieux pour satisfaire son locataire. Les commerces de proximité sont ouverts même le dimanche et pour les baigneurs, une belle plage de sable fin à St Georges de Didonne( 15 min à peine en voiture ) Claude Strasbourg

Séjour Parfait

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette superbe location. Une maison bien située, un quartier calme et tranquille. La maison est bien entretenue, tout confort, toute équipée, propre. Les enfants ont adoré et nous les parents, avons été conquis. Nous reviendrons car la région nous a beaucoup plu, il y a vraiment beaucoup de choses à voir. Les propriétaires sont vraiment adorables. Séjour à medis

Avons passés d excellente vacances à medis petit village à 4 km de royan. Maison tres agreable joliement meuble et fonctionnel avec un jardin agréable et appréciable lorsqu on a des enfants, déjeuner et dîner dehors est un plaisir L'environnement est agréable et les voisins sympathiques. Ns avons assisté pour lé 14 juillet à un super feu d 'artifice à medis. Beaucoup d'activités souvent gratuites sur royan beaucoup de concerts Enfin ns sommes enchanté de nos vacances. Je conseil cette location aux familles avec enfants et même ceux sans enfant. En plus les propriétaires sont charmant
