Relaxing Hampton Beach Vacation Home

Furnished 3 bedroom home with 2 baths near Hampton beach. House has a large master bedroom with queen sized bed and sitting area.
Relaxing getaway with breathtaking 270 degree marsh views. The house is very unique for the area – on a quiet dead end road with a 0.5 acre lot. So you don't feel like you're right on top of your neighbors as with many properties in the area. The house is a short 10-15 minute walk to Hampton beach and a 3 minute walk to a private and secluded beach on the Hampton Harbor. At low tide the Hampton Harbor beach has a huge sand bar that’s great fun for kids and adults! Sunsets from the back yard are also terrific!

House comes well equiped with:
- Sea kayaks (4)/life jackets, surf boards (2), and boogie boards (2)
- Wifi and cable TV
- Kitchen has everything you should need – plates, appliances, etc
- Clothes washer and dryer
- Barbeque grill
- Selection of games

Long term winter rental is available from beginning of October to end of April or May

Our family had such a nice stay last week. The views, birds, breezes were all so peaceful and welcoming. We had everything we needed at the house. Beautiful property so close to main beach, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise.

Great Getaway

A wonderful stay

We had a great stay at this lovely property. The house is comfortable and we felt completely at home here. The property is very private and quiet and we enjoyed watching the birds by the marsh. The beach is a short walk away. The host is very responsive and friendly; we wanted for nothing. Would definitely come back.

Sweet, quiet, winter getaway

Perfect getaway spot with long, water views, gorgeous sunsets and plenty of bird watching, including a bald eagle landing in the backyard! The house was immaculate and comfortable with an exceptionally well outfitted kitchen. Comfortable beds and lots of choices for movie watching. The owner was easy to reach, flexible and thoughtful about our stay. Highly recommend this sweet spot!

Perfect home in a perfect location

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. It had all the amenities, was a 15 minute walk to the beach/boardwalk , but yet far enough away for a quiet evening at home. It was a beautiful home with gorgeous views, and a great yard on a quiet dead-end street. This is a gem!

Beautiful location overlooking the marsh. Fun watching birds, bunnies and egrets. House is well equipped and very comfortable. Quiet street was great for walking our dog. Bruce is an excellent host! Thank you!

Peaceful Perfection!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! As soon as we arrived, we knew that we had found the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a bit of privacy while also having easy access to the beautiful New Hampshire and Massachusetts coastlines. The house was clean, very well equipped and provided all of the comforts of home. Our pups had plenty of room to romp in the yard and especially enjoyed their runs on the sandbar right down at the end of the street. Within just a few minutes, we could be at any one of several beaches in the area, too! Returning to the house at the end of each day where we could sit out back at the fire pit to enjoy the view or on the front porch to read or wave to neighbors was a pleasure. We had a wonderful stay! Even in the middle of a Nor’Easter. What a lovely garden. Wish we could have spent time out in it but weather didn’t allow. We enjoyed the beautiful view of it from the kitchen window. We will definitely stay again! The hosts were very responsive when asking any questions. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this clean vacation home. It is a great location close to the beach with plenty of area for dog walking in the local neighborhood. The host was easy to communicate with and thought of everything we might need for our stay. Would love to stay here again!

The home is in a beautiful location and the kitchen, bathrooms are well supplied. Plenty of closet space to put away your clothing. Unfortunately, except for the master bedroom, the other beds desperately need to be replaced. Otherwise I would have given this 5 stars.

We loved this home- full of charm! It was the perfect location for our dogs (lots of privacy and green space) and to escape the hustle and bustle of Hampton Beach but also be close enough to enjoy at times. We loved the hammock, screened front porch, and the birdwatching was so fun! We'd definitely return.

A very comfortable place for a small family get-together. The house is showing its age, but it is charming. One thing that I could mention is that it was hard to figure out what switches controlled which lights. Also it would be really nice to have a light over the dining table. We do a lot of puzzles and it was hard to get enough light in that part of the room. Bruce was very responsive and flexible to our needs. We’ll plan to come back the next time we make it to Hampton.
