Soak up the sea air on the deck of this beach house, located directly across the street of the beautiful shores of Hampton Beach. Recently renovated in much of the house, this update floorplan has everything you need. from the outside beach shower so you don't bring the beach with you, to the updated kitchen with large island for easy food prep, to the mother-in-law suite with full bath, wet bar, and mini-fridge, to the gorgeous deck off the master bedroom, for your vaca! ***SORRY NO PETS*** ONLY 1 PARKING SPOT AVAILABLE APRIL- OCT. Best place to stay on the beach!

This was my second time staying at Larissa's house and it was even better than the first! Way to set the bar! The house is beautiful and the location is perfect! Magical!

Cozy comfortable cottage

Charming property in a great oceanfront location. Well equipped kitchen, large bright eating area, comfortable and cozy living room. Due to stormy weather, we were unable to do the easy walk to conveniences, but the view of the stormy sea and the comfort of the house made up for that.

Home base

We used the house as home base doing day trips to Maine, Vermont, Nantucket, and Boston. Great place to recharge close to my favorite places to eat!

Friends Weekend

Property is well situated and well equipped. Property owner was easy to communicate with. This cottage was suitable for our weekend needs and we created some great memories despite hurricane Lee’s attempts to spoil our plans.

This is tough so I'm just going to go with....WOW!!!!!!!

This was our second stay at Larissa's Hampton Beach property. We are planning another visit in 2024. Her home is decorated perfectly. Warm and welcoming. The communication was flawless. Larissa always had the answers to any questions I asked. Absolutely perfect location - particularly with a toddler. We enjoyed every moment of every day!!

Hi! My husband and I have 4 beautiful children, and we love to travel! I was raised in South Dakota, my husband was born in Miami, and after living in Florida for the last 5 years, we are excited for a change in pace to travel up to the Northeast with our children. We want to have them experience snow, being near the ocean and lakes, and hiking in the mountains.

As we have used vacation rental providers all over the United States for our travels, we are so excited to be a host of multiple properties! We love our home in Hampton Beach, with the amazing views, the updated inside, setting the setting near all the shopping and restaurants you could want! Let's not forget the nightly fireworks display over the ocean that the local tend to put on, and the city puts on every Wednesday night during peak travel dates.

There is a gas fireplace for those cool nights, two sitting areas that overlook the beach (one off the master bedroom, and one on the first floor newest room). If you can't handle the stairs to the upper floors, in the main floor bedroom there is an attached, full bathroom, and wet bar with mini fridge.
