Beautiful Home in East Hampton with Pool and Screened in Porch
This 3200 sq foot home is situated on a quiet block less than 2 miles from the center of the town of East Hampton. The house is ~3 miles from East Hampton Main beach + close proximity to the town of Amagansett + beaches. The house is right next to the beautiful Long House Reserve.
The house is 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens + 2 twins in one of the kids rooms) + a queen Murphy bed in basement. The house has 5 full bathrooms all en suite.
The master bedroom has a private roof-deck overlooking the backyard with a master bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi, large shower, dual sinks. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms - one with 2 twin beds, the other with a queen bed. Each room has an en suite bathroom. The 4th room (main floor) has a queen bed.
The basement is fully finished with a couch, 60 inch flat screen, peloton bike, elliptical machine and a wetbar. It also has a Murphy bed that sleeps 2 and a full bathroom. The basement is also stocked with toys (so perfect for kids)!
We have a gunite, heated pool surrounded by blue stone, a gas grill, a fire pit and complete set of outdoor dining furniture.
The kitchen area has eat-in dining area + an outdoor screened-in porch for dining as well. There is a den off the kitchen – equipped with TV + SONOS. Additionally there is a living room with a working gas fireplace.
