Beautiful Californian style house in a park, quiet and secure located in the Gulf of St Tropez. Very nice for holidays with family or friends. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 wardrobes, parking space, kitchen, TV lounge, dining area, air conditioning, 2 beautiful terraces, outdoor lounge, and fenced garden. 5 minutes from the beach "Les Marines de Gassin", 6 km from St Tropez, 300m from the shops, 8 km from Ste Maxime and the beaches of Pampelonne. 5 minutes from "Port Grimaud".

    Tolle, ruhige Lage. Gute Ausstattung

    Die Lage zu St. Tropez und den umliegenden Stränden und Dörfchen ist ideal. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das die Kommunikation nur in französischer Sprache stattfindet, war uns bewußt. Es wäre jedoch schön gewesen vor Ort eine kleine Mappe zu haben mit den naheliegenden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Stränden, etc. Dies mußten wir uns erfragen oder selbst herausfinden. Wir würden jedoch gerne wiederkommen.

    Great Relaxing Retreat

    La propriété a été décrite avec précision et très bien équipée. La maison était dans une ancienne communauté de villégiature avec plusieurs autres unités, mais il a été protégé par le biais de lanscaping pour assurer la confidentialité. Ce fut un plaisir d'y séjourner et l'emplacement était idéal pour les excursions d'une journée. Patricia était très agréable et arrangeant.     Sehr schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

    Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Es ist besten für 4 Personen geeignet. Besonders schön ist die Terasse. Nur durch den, im Nachbarort gelegenen Heliport hört man tagsüber recht viele Hubschrauber. Die nahegelegene Hauptstraße hört man dagegen kaum und stört nicht. Es war eine sehr erholsame Woche. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

    Nous avons trouvé cette location par le biais d'Abritel, et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Nous y avons passé quatre semaines.... Trois en juin et une début juillet. La location est très bien située et centrée pour découvrir la région. De plus elle est très bien entretenue, les photos sont totalement conforme, mais vraiment, à l'annonce, et il ne manque rien.. Pour toutes les personnes désirant passer des vacances au calme, dans un endroit agréable, cette location est pour vous... Nous y retournons d'ailleurs cette été avec grand plaisir..
