Very beautiful designer villa, with swimming pool, panoramic sea view.
Villa of 130m2 on a plot of 2000m2.
Very nice living room / kitchen, sitting area facing the sea, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathroom, both with sea view, one opening onto the main terrace, the second opening onto a small terrace. An independent wc.
Pool side, a large bedroom with independent entrance with shower room and wc (1 sleeping 140 and 2 bunk beds). This room does not communicate directly with the main part of the house.

La vue est juste INCROYABLE
 le plus beau coucher de soleil de la région. Maison top qualité et la deco est trÚs soigné avec des objets art deco dingue ! merci au service de conciergerie au petit soin et tjs dispo .

Presque indécent

La maison est sublime proche du centre de la ville 5 à 10 min. Elle est grande spacieuse, climatisée, trÚs trÚs joliment décaménagée et décorée. Beaucoup de goût et d'audace !!!Un Grand merci à Marie Luce qui gÚre la location. Je loue sa gentillesse sa spontanéité en toute chose, son sourire permanent !C'est trÚs difficile de dire que c'était parfait ! 'était parfait et juste pour proposer deux améliorations à la marge. Une facilement réalisable avec un ou deux répéteurs du signal wifi dans la maison voire une évolution de la liovrebos (nous en sommes à la 7) ! Facile à faire et une audacieuse et plus compliquée, une place de stationnement en ville. Je sais c'est infaisable, mais j'aime bien l'idée simplement. Merci, merci, Merci.Je reviendrais sans nulle doute !!!

Superbe maison avec vue magnifique

TrĂšs belle maison parfaitement intĂ©grĂ©e dans le paysage et superbement arborĂ©. Belles prestations avec une mention spĂ©ciale pour la douche extĂ©rieure de la suite parentale. Magnifique vue sur la baie d’Algajola mĂȘme pas gĂąchĂ©e par la grue dans le champ. Une petite piste d’amĂ©lioration : les Ă©lĂ©ments de buanderie de la chambre indĂ©pendante pourraient ĂȘtre dissimulĂ©s

Sehr wertig und geschmackvoll gestaltete Villa. Tolle Details wie Böden, GelÀnder, Fassade. Die Aussicht ist Atemberaubend. Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort!

Perfekter Urlaubsort

Das Haus hat eine hervorragende Lage mit weitem Blick ĂŒber das Meer und mit der unmittelbaren NĂ€he zu den vertrĂ€umten und wunderbaren Orten Corbara und L'Ile Rousse. Anwesen und Haus sind gerĂ€umig und weitlĂ€ufig, der Blick auf Meer und Umgebung traumhaft schön, die ĂŒber dem Berg kreisenden Milane waren stets freundliche und willkommene Urlaubsbegleiter. Der Pool macht den (ohnehin nicht weiten) Weg zum nĂ€chstgelegenen Strand beinahe entbehrlich. Die Verwaltung des Objekts, die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin klappte (auch schon im Vorfeld) hervorragend. Lediglich die Pflege einiger EinrichtungsgegenstĂ€nde ist verbesserungswĂŒrdig (so waren etwa einige HolzstĂŒhle "verzogen" und konnten nicht benutzt werden, auch die Liegenauflagen und Couchkissen harren bereits seit lĂ€ngerem einer grĂŒndlichen Reinigung. Den Grill haben wir lieber nicht benutzt). Der Gesamteindruck war gleichwohl hervorragend.

Luxe calme et volupté pour cette villa avec une terrasse incroyable et des espaces de vie bien séparés pour que chacun puisse vivre à son rythme. Marie Luce est tres facilitante et disponible.

Sehr schönes Haus

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus mit einer tollen Aussicht, die Bilder stimmen absolut mit der RealitĂ€t ĂŒberein. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Auch die Abwicklung der Buchung war problemlos. Negativ aufgefallen ist, dass viele KĂŒchenutensilien nicht sauber waren bzw. zum Teil eingetrocknete Essensreste an Tellern erst von uns gesĂ€ubert werden mussten. DafĂŒr gibt es zwar eine SpĂŒlmaschine, allerdings hatte sich darin, da sie verschlossen war, Schimmel gebildet. Der Hinweis darauf wurde vom Concierge-Service mit einer Entschuldigung und dem Hinweis auf die Vormieter beantwortet. Insgesamt ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus, allerdings ist es schade wenn die tolle Inneneinrichtung nicht gepflegt wird und es ist nicht die Aufgabe des Mieters zuerst verschieden Dinge zu reinigen.
