Very beautiful designer villa, with swimming pool, panoramic sea view.
Villa of 130m2 on a plot of 2000m2.
Very nice living room / kitchen, sitting area facing the sea, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathroom, both with sea view, one opening onto the main terrace, the second opening onto a small terrace. An independent wc.
Pool side, a large bedroom with independent entrance with shower room and wc (1 sleeping 140 and 2 bunk beds). This room does not communicate directly with the main part of the house.
