Conveniently located near to both downtown Ferndale & Royal Oak, my newly renovated, modern home is the perfect place for all types of travelers. Be in the heart of Detroit in under 20 minutes. Reserve this entire house complete with queen size beds, work space, 4 full bathroom & jacuzzi tub, and access to a luxurious large kitchen, living room, laundry, large backyard and free on site parking. Enjoy exciting restaurants, cafes, shops, venues, and nightlife in Ferndale & Royal Oak, & Detroit!

My newly renovated home is two-story modern beauty with a bit of rustic craftsman charm. The large, open plan first floor features a comfortable living room complete with television, Netflix, HBO, and Hulu. The dining area features a large 15' handmade live edge table that can seat up to 12 guests, and the luxurious kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make a delicious meal. There is 1 bedroom on the first floor with a private full shower bathroom next to. The second floor features the master suite, as well as 2 comfortable queen bed guest rooms and bathroom you'll enjoy. The laundry is also located on the second floor, and available for you to use.

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding at the Rust belt Market- Colby’s house was PERFECT for our family! !! Exceptionally clean, and spacious. Loved having 4 full bathrooms ! I absolutely loved this home and will definitely try to book it again whenever I'm in town. The rental is conveniently located, making it easy to get to Detroit and the surrounding areas that I frequent. Furthermore, the location is quite walkable, with stores and restaurants nearby. Parking is ample; the driveway can fit two vehicles and there is street parking available. The home is spacious, clean, comfortable, and modern. All of the featured photos accurately depict the home's interior. The home is also well stocked to meet all of your needs. Though, we did not take advantage of it, the backyard is welcoming and looks like a wonderful space to convene.As indicated in other reviews, the host is very responsive. I do wish that the checkout time was 11:00 AM, rather than 10:00. However, that is literally my only issue, and it is not significant enough to prevent me from booking this rental again. If you're considering this home, go ahead and try it!!! I assure you that you will not regret it.

Great house for family

We stayed at the Pleasant Ridge property over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was very comfortable for our family of eight and exceeded our expectations. Colby was a wonderful host and we hope to return some day.

House was clean and beautiful! Plenty of space for everyone. Location was amazing! Stayed for a bachelorette party and we were able to walk into downtown royal oak or grab a quick Uber ride. The house was fantastic. It more that met all of our needs. It was clean and lots of really nice touches. Plenty of towels, blankets and everything you’d need for your stay. A beautiful home. Beautiful, spacious home in Pleasant Ridge.

Highly recommend! This home is gorgeous! ADORABLY decorated - looks like the West Elm catalogue. Tons of beautiful space to gather, make/have dinner, get ready (3 bathrooms) and just enjoy. Great location as well. We got to an event in Bloomfield Hills in 15 mins, right up the highway! The property manager was a delight...attentive and helpful.

Lovely home. Book it.

We booked this home for a cousin's reunion during NFL Draft week. This house had everything we needed. Location is perfect, easy on and off the freeway. We enjoyed the backyard and fire pit. Traffic makes it a little loud, but the yard is fenced in and private. Lots of space in the home and beautifuly decorated. We had a great time and the host was great too. Book it. You won't regret it.
