This 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo is only 1 block from the Hotel Del Coronado and stares at the water. It has all new furnishings selected by a designer. There is one personal covered parking spot below the unit & easy access in through the front stairs. It has new, wood floors through out. A King size bed is in the Master with all new beautiful linens and black out drapery through out the condo. (2) twin daybeds with trundle & additional spacious seating is in the water front, view room for relaxing. A balcony looks at the water where you can sit and read and a small back porch is ideal for morning coffee with a second exit. (2) new smart TV's are available after a long day at the beach. The laundry room is located below with 2 washer & 2 dryers so all laundry can be done at once & paid for on an easy APP. Ideal Coronado beach condo with wonderful views in the best location.

This property is perfect for a family!

This property has every thing you need for the perfect beach vacation. The condo is brand new and very clean and comfortable. The beach is only minutes away!!! Shops and restaurants are also just a short walk to get to! The managment is very pleasant and answered all of our questions. The view off the balcany is gorgeous. We will be renting this property again.

Very neat and clean. Well taken care of.

The stay was very comfortable. Being very close to the adjacent street allowed for quite a bit of traffic noise during the day. Mostly quiet at night except for our last evening when there was an outdoor party at the marina across the street with a very loud band playing until 10:00 p.m. For the most part though, we had very few complaints.
