Very nice property. Wonderful balcony with amazing sea views. Eric, the concierge was there on our arrival and very helpful. It’s situated in easy walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Family exploration trip

We visited St Helaire as a first family car trip to France. The travel days were a little stressful but ran so smoothly thanks to French roads being so much easier to drive along than British roads. The apartment was perfect, the views stunning especially at sunset. The sea breeze was cool and refreshing.we don't mind walking but thought that we were a little too far from things to want to walk everywhere. This is the only thing we could find that wasn't perfect and does not mean you can't walk everywhere you need to. We did walk to the beach in SGXV and Sion beach. Bodega bar at the 5 pineax has amazing chips and oysters! We had an amazing time and are likely to return.

Eric s'est montré très disponible lors de notre arrivée ; ses explications claires et utiles.Notre séjour s'est très bien passé grâce à une météo idéale. Notre lieu de résidence avec vue permanente sur la mer était en tout point conforme à la description annoncée. Nous recommandons donc vivement cette location de Saint Hilaire de Riez pour passer un agréable séjour en Vendée où les lieux à découvrir ne manquent pas.

Je prends note de votre appréciation cependant sachez que nous sommes très attachés au confort de nos locataires et que nous mettons beaucoup de cœur à rendre cet appartement agréable et fonctionnel. Par ailleurs, concernant les désagréments rencontrés, il aurait été judicieux de nous en informer dès le début de votre séjour afin que notre concierge Eric se rende sur place pour changer la cafetière ou répondre aux éventuels soucis rencontrés. Je souhaitais également ajouter qu’il aurait été agréable que vous préveniez de votre départ de la location afin que le concierge puisse procéder à l’état des lieux de sortie comme il était prévu au lieu de laisser un simple sms une fois parti de l’appartement.
