The magnificent apartment is located in the exclusive touristic development of Grand Coral with a 18holes golf course designed by legendary Nick Price, prívate beach club (10 mins walk from apartment or 5 mins using golf cart), several swimming pools, paddle tennis court, gym and spa facilities, 24hrs security.
The apartment is located in the floor above the ground floor of the building, has a big terrace with a nice view to the swimming pool area. The property has a totally equipped kitchen, WiFi, 3 inteligente screens with Netflix, and one parking place. The building has elevator.
