Enjoy a limitless view of the big sky and emerald waters of the Alabama Gulf Coast from your private balcony, accessed from the living room and from your master bedroom. A zero entry outdoor pool, plus many other amenities provide all the luxuries you deserve. This 2nd floor, privately-owned condo features comfortable furnishings and decor, a fully-equipped upscale kitchen, free WIFI and a full sized washer & dryer, and smart TV. A huge plus: there are 2 covered parking spaces reserved for this unit, right near the elevators. Enjoy your stay in one of the newest buildings in West Beach, right on the sugar white sandy beach and centrally located in Gulf Shores. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, water parks, amusement parks and golf courses.

The 2BR/2BA unit is Gulf front and has a large private balcony with direct ocean view. It faces south so you can watch the sunrise and sunset. You can watch pelicans, herons & dolphins; the unit is on the 2nd floor, above 3 levels of parking, so this unit is essentially on the 5th floor. High enough to enjoy the gorgeous panorama and low enough to hear the crashing of the waves. Both the master bedroom and the living room have direct ocean view and access to the balcony through sliding doors. This unit has nine feet ceilings, crown molding, tile flooring throughout the entire condo and granite counter tops. Free WiFi throughout unit. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. 1080 sq ft Located 1 mile west from The Hangout at Rte. 59, near Walmart, across street from Pier 33 convenience store.

Great room. Clean and updated.

Great condo it was clean and had great view with easy beach access. I would have liked access to fresh towels and toilet paper. Also vending machines and access to an ice machine would have made the stay better.

Our only problem was seaweed directly in front of resort. And that can’t be helped. Beautiful condo… made lots of memories! Thank you!

Nice property with great view

Everything was very nice and the beach area was lovely. Elevator was only issue and was difficult to catch during peak check in-out but not a deterrent for staying in future.

Great Vacation

This is our first time to the area and loved it. I would have liked to see some more staples in the kitchen, like foil, plastic wrap, salt, pepper, pan spray (no non stick pans availb), more toilet paper needed, small things like this. We purchased all our food items prior to arrival so we had to run back out for more supplies. Now we know so we will plan ahead. The reservation listed # of people - so I would have thought arm bands and two parking passes would have been on site, but we needed to reach out for them. They were very prompt in providing these and we really appreciated the quick response. Each time we reached out, we got prompt response. Overall the vacation was awesome and we'd use this property again.

Adequate but Not Great

The condo was OK, but won’t be using that rental company ever again. There was no check in procedure given to us. We were told to wait until 3:00 the day of check in for instructions. They would not respond to emails about what they provided nor questions about checking in. At 3:00 the day of check in, we had to call them. They said there was a mix up and our condo was still in use by someone else but we could have a refund. After driving 500+ miles we had to stay somewhere. So they offered two other condos, neither with ocean view. Then a while later they called back and said that our original condo was available after all. Once we got there, we had a lot of trouble with the door not locking behind us. They finally responded and told us the trick to locking the door. If they had sent check in procedures, all of this headache could have been avoided. VERY poor management company!!
