About this property

New gorgeous home on canal close to Gulf beaches

Florida living at its finest in a newly built three bedroom home on a canal close to Gulf beaches.

We are on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for bike rides, morning walks or nightly strolls.

We have an expansive south facing lanai that provides views of both beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You can swim in the saltwater pool or soak in the hot tub.

Two bedrooms have king sized beds, one bedroom has two twin beds. Both bathrooms have large walk-in / walk through showers and the master bath has large soaking bathtub.

The kitchen has all the comforts of home including a large pantry, deep stainless steel sink, dishwasher, convection oven, and wine fridge. There are granite counter tops, a large island that seats four with room for more, and is connected to the dining room that seats six.

You'll find a large living room with a fireplace and 60" smart TV. The living room has large sliding glass walls that fully retract opening to the lanai so you can enjoy the full effect of indoor outdoor living.

Our home has three other TVs including one on the lanai so you can sit outside in the Florida warmth and watch your favorite show.

You'll also find a comfortable, quiet den/library with access to a printer and Wi-Fi where you can step away for a moment to read a book or update your favorite social media account with all the beautiful pictures you took during your day.

There is a full size washer and dryer on site in a large laundry room with ample closet space throughout the house.

We have kayaks on site that you are welcome to use. You can launch right from the backyard into the canals or you can load them on your car and be in the calm green waters of the area within minutes.

Beautiful home!

We were so happy staying here that we didn’t want to leave. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the homeowners and their wonderful neighbor went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for us. The location is ideal, close to Boca Grande, beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. However, the house is so nice and the views from the lanai are so beautiful, we wanted to spend as much time as we could enjoying the house. It was very hard to leave!

We had an amazing relaxing stay. The pool and lanai area were absolutely relaxing on the canal and the master bedroom overlooking the space was comfortable. We were able to watch birds throughout the day and enjoy magnificent sunsets in the evenings. The house was very clean and the kitchen was perfect. Close to the beaches and many other fun activities.

This is such a beautiful home right on the canal. We had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay over the Christmas holiday. Everything was great and we especially loved the warm pool, hot tub, and gorgeous lanai. Judy was very responsive and my family and I enjoyed every aspect of this amazing home! Most enjoyable Florida vacation home!

Beautiful home, lanai, pool, hot tub, and canal view. The pictures don’t do it justice! We had everything we ever needed and wanted, making it hard to leave! We typically like to spend most of our vacation at the beach, but with this amazing set up, we ended up spending more time at the pool and hot tub where we also enjoyed waving at the many boats traveling the canal. We couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, Judy, we had a great time!

I didn't want to leave

This home was an absolute pleasure - start to finish. The kitchen was so well organized and full of every thing you could possible need. Loved all the amenities especially in the kitchen. Everything you needed to cook. The pool area was great, we used it daily and loved the hot tub. Nice having lawn chairs to lay in the sun on the lanai. Beautiful view of the canal and watch boats go by. Nice location for restaurants and grocery stores as needed.

Perfect vacation home with everything we need!

We spent more time enjoying this home with its own special amenities than on any previous Florida vacation. The large lanai patio, heated pool and spa are wonderful. Also liked the canal view, watching boats going by. Saw a gator one morning as we had coffee and read our books on the patio. Friendly neighborhood, great for walking. Two great beaches nearby~Gasparilla island and Englewood Beach. All in all, we’ll remember this as one our most relaxing Florida vacations ever!

It is a wonderful house in a great location.

The house is nearly new and decorated very nicely. The pool and hot tub got a lot of use. The grand kids loved it!! We would recommend this house for anyone that wants a comfortable stay. We went to Disney which is 2.5 hours away.
