Amazing Time: Planned somewhat last minute for a trip in Destin, FL and the owner was soooo accommodating! Amazing views with the lake right in your backyard. Literally 2 minutes flat walk from the front door and you are on the sand! Could not ask for more. Looking for more trips to the place in years to come! (Dan F.)

Beautiful View: What a great location and view from both patios that were equipped with bar height tables for two. The short walk to the beach made it easy to return for bathroom breaks or forgotten items. The villa was well stocked and clean and the owner communicated clearly and quickly. Another Great Stay: This will be my family's second stay at Laura's Villa, or as my kids call it "Mrs. Laura's House". We love the location, the breath taking view, safety, proximity to great food, and of course the Beach and Pool combo for the kids. We;ll be back for the 3rd trip next year! (Adam M.)

Villa with Gulf and Lake views....Located on the sun drenched pure white sandy shores of Destin's Crystal Beach (and 1/4 mile to the Miramar/Walton County border), this well decorated Destiny Beach Villa boasts an array of deluxe features. There are two levels (each with 2 bedrooms) to choose from - upstairs (3A) or downstairs (3B). Ask owner (Laura Kirby/Rent the Gulf) which is best for your family. Floor to ceiling windows surrounding include a 360 water view with sweeping gulf view to the south and lake view to the north, make the beach villa totally open and airy - from both villa floors. The beach is only 50 steps! A boardwalk lines the James Lee Park with gazebos and picnic table. With just a few stairs (not like 30A!) getting to the beach is easy. There is also a tunnel under the road for carriages/wagons.

When reserving Villa 3A, a private entrance and stairs lead you to the second floor with living room, fully stocked for cooking kitchen and dining room, seating six. A lock out door below makes the villa two separate units and Dutch door at the top of the stairs provides safety for little guests. The master bedroom upstairs has a Pottery Barn king bed, includes a half bath and access to the private back balcony overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has two single beds via a daybed. One full bath is in the hall. Front loader washer and dryer are included.

The villa downstairs has recently been renovated. The master bedroom, also with king bed also has access to a private balcony overlooking Lake Destiny. The second bedroom has a bunkbed with a full on the bottom. One full bath downstairs. Front loader washer and dryer are included.

If you're not quite ready to end your day at the beach, porches and balconies provides the perfect hideaway to finish that beach novel. Curl up in one of our new Polywood outdoor chairs. Views of the beach, gulf, and lake are paramount. During the day, guests in the master suites enjoy the sweeping vistas of the lake. In the evening, the sun sets over the lake providing a relaxed and restive environment. The lighting and eclectic furnishings all contribute to a true showpiece, embracing a warm and comfortable feel. The villa maintains a soul and character not found in most properties in Destin. Guest reviews include the villa has "everything you need" in a rental. Location, comfort, cleanliness and owners who attend to all questions and needs immediately. No management company to filter your requests.

**Two beach chairs and a beach umbrella are included with the villa rentals. You can find them on the back porch on hallway at the bottom of the stairs. No beach towels are include. Please bring your own. Books and games supplied ;) Bring your own Netflix or Prime for watching movies.

**Walk to many restaurants within a half mile. We send a list of our favorites with check in information. Take the easy back Scenic road to avoid traffic. It's 6.5 miles off Hwy 98!
