Ritz Del Rio-Your Spacious Downtown Retreat!

This casual, comfy home is tucked up in a quiet cul-de-sac, but minutes from all the downtown fun! Ritz del Rio is spacious and perfect for your Paso Robles getaway with family or friends. As you enter to the left there is a living space with a couch, large flat screen TV and dining room table that folds out to seat 8. Moving forward through the house is the kitchen with its large counter that opens up to a family room. The place to gather and plan your days in Paso, whether you are wine tasting at one of the many wineries or sipping a brew at the Pour House or Barrel House. Through the family room you can enter the backyard patio. This patio is perfect for hanging out and BBQ'ing. Fans keep you cool in the summer and heaters are there to warm you up at night while watching the game or your favorite movie on the outdoor 52' flat screen. On the opposite side of the house you will find the bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room. Two bedrooms have queen beds. The third bedroom can be used as an office and has a queen pull-out cabinet bed. All share a hall bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Whatever your plans are for your Paso Robles vacation, Ritz del Rio is the perfect place to call home while you are here! Permit #STR19-0242. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.
***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.***
***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

Wonderful short stay

This was a very cute house that was perfect for our multi-family stay in Paso Robles. It was well stocked and equipped, check in was simple and easy, and the touch screen system was an interest twist for managing the stay. We would stay here again!

Perfect home for a wine tasting weekend!

The house was very clean and well stocked. It has comfy beds, and tons of gathering areas both indoors and out! Added bonus that it’s dog friendly, so you can bring your whole family! Definitely planning to book more stays in the future.

Great house for family!

My family recently stayed here during my sons wedding week. This a great house. Very clean and very comfortable. All four beds were comfortable... not just the usual two good beds and two couch pull outs. Kitchen was very well stocked and we did not need anything else. Outside patio was fantastic. Very spacious and perfect place for us to hang out. I had a small issue and the property manager was very accommodating and gracious. I will definitely be coming back.

Great House for the Family

We had a wedding in Paso Robles and my family all stayed at this beautiful clean and well stocked home! It had everything we needed and a beautiful patio! It was next to a beautiful walking trail... great location and close to everything. We will be back..

Centric yet quiet property

The property is ample and nicely maintained. Its location is within a few minutes of Downtown Paso Robles and within very short drives to very niece boutique wine makers, tasting rooms.

Wine Trip

The house was very clean. The only thing that could have made our stay better would have been another bathroom. The house was close to every place we visited and the grocery stop was right around the corner. We would definitely recommend this house!

This was not a bother, except one night when we wanted to open the window near the front door and it was too loud, so we had to shut the window again. Also, the ceiling fan in the front bedroom worked the first night, but I was not able to get it going the second night. Other than that, everything was fine.

Girls Trip

A group of four of us have been trying to get a trip together to Paso Robles for years. We enjoyed our stay very much. Since everyone wanted their own room, the 4 bedrooms appealed to us. The pull-out bed in one room had an uncomfortable bar under the mattress, but that friend managed to navigate around it and it was fine. The house has everything you could want as far as kitchen supplies - even creamer and coffee. The furniture is very comfortable. We enjoyed the walk into town each morning. Overall a wonderful experience.

Bike getaway paradise

Outstanding property. Centrally located and a bike trail is literally just around the corner. Very comfortable with nice bedrooms and plenty of living space. Kitchen was well appointed. Only 2 bathrooms in a house that could sleep 8 (we had 5 and it was just fine) would be the only downside I could see. Would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Great Weekend Getaway

We were two families that stayed at the Ritz Del Rio for a pre-Thanksgiving getaway. Both of our families have never been to Paso Robles and we wanted to do some wine tasting. The location of the home was perfect since it was very close to downtown, wineries, and grocery stores. The house was very clean and had all the supplies we needed to be comfortable. We all agreed that we would stay here again!

Quiet reprieve

This was a very comfortable and met our needs for the weekend quite well! Every kid (3) had their own bed and the a/c was a much needed necessity as we chose THE hottest weekend to visit Paso Robles (110+) 😬 Neighborhood is quiet, very close to grocery store. Nicely decorated throughout, very calming. I fell in love with the coffee bar! The “iPad” screen thingy in the hallway was a great source of info. The tv remotes were hard to figure out. We could only get one station which bummed the kids in the evening 😕. If we were staying longer, we would’ve got in touch with someone for that. Kitchen seemed pretty well stocked. Ice maker on fridge wasn’t working but PM left note to go ahead & scoop out ice manually. Would stay here again!
