A 2-minute walk to the ski lifts of the star ski area in Chamonix.
South facing, not overlooked and with fully glazed façade: sunshine from morning to evening. Direct view of the Aiguille Verte, and of Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc through the fir trees.

Living room (sofa/trundle bed), open plan kitchen, WC - washbasin and balcony on the ground floor.
Mezzanine (under normal ceiling height) with double bed or twin beds (separate mattresses and removable partition panel for use as twin beds) and a single bed, and bathroom (tub with shower).
Curtains on the mezzanine ensure intimacy of the different sleeping areas.
Possibility of 6th sleeping on the dining room bench (70cm wide).

Neat, bright, cozy and well equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fondue, raclette grill, toaster, basic food stock, television, Hi-fi system, sledge, snow shovel...
Wifi. Ski locker. Collective outdoor parking.

Bus stop to the other ski areas of Chamonix 200 m away (Brevent-Flegere, Aiguille du Midi, Les Houches) and 250 m (le Tour). Train station 300 m away. No car needed ! Some shops (skishop, restaurant and bar) on site and supermarket 600 m away. All shops, bars and restaurants in Argentiere 300 - 600 m away. Chamonix center at 8 km.

Supplies provided (toilet paper, kitchen paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher product and all cleaning products), tea towels, bath mats, coupons (20%) on ski rental at the nearest skishop.

Owner Care.

Visitor's tax : 0.80 € / adult / night
Final cleaning : 60 € (+ 20 € for an animal) refunded in whole or in part depending on the cleanliness of the apartment upon departure of the tenant.

Nos hemos alojado en el apartamento estos días y estamos encantados. El balcón tiene unas vistas a la montaña muy bonitas. La cocina esta muy bien equipada. El dormitorio está en la planta de arriba y tiene una cama muy grande. es muy acogedor y además está limpio. Recomendable 100%, además el propietario es muy simpático y amable. Sin duda, volveremos.

Great weekend stay

I stayed here for a long weekend with my brother. The apartment sleeps 3 people comfortably but you can also convert the sofas into beds. It’s located a stones throw from the Grand Montets lift which is a great ski area and a 6 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in Argentière. The apartment is exactly what we needed.

Le logement est agréable ; bien que petit, il est très bien optimisé et bien équipé. Literie confortable. Le propriétaire est accueillant et serviable. Dommage qu'il faille payer la location intégralement (+ 1 caution de 200 € ) 1 mois avant l'arrivée. un conseil : optez pour l’option ménage ...le propriétaire est charmant mais pointilleux .

Très agréable location

Lors d'un voyage estival, notre séjour fut parfait. La location est exactement comme décrite par l'annonce (équipement, meubles, linge). L'été, l'immeuble semble peu occupé, ce qui procure calme et tranquillité jour et nuit (aucun désagrément). L'accueil est chaleureux et M. Pollet est d'une bienveillance sans égale pour ses locataires : conseils, aide au quotidien, etc. La carte d’hôte offerte par le propriétaire donne accès aux transports pour toute la vallée : la gratuité des bus et trains évite donc encombrements et parking délicat à Chamonix. Et Argentière garde son cachet "village de montagne" perdu surement depuis longtemps par Chamonix... Nous sommes des Méridionaux, nous savons ce que sont devenus les stations touristiques. Aussi, nous ne saurions que trop recommander cette location que, pour notre part, nous avons trouvé idéale cet été.

Nous conservons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et n'hésitons pas à recommander cet appartement, bien placé (face aux remontées mécaniques des Grands Montets) et fonctionnel, et bénéficiant d'un très bon accueil par son sympathique propriétaire. Duplex en mezzanine et immeuble moyennement isolé: ne pas y aller pour intimité et silence parfaits.
