ACCOMODATION:
* 2 level 1540 sq ft -the largest unit in the complex (Lake Shore Villas)

September rental minimum 4 nights. Bookings are up to 4 guest only. Additional guest $8 night per person to maximum of 8 by law as per the Township of Osoyoos Short Term Rental Regulations. Price may show in $$$USD funds depending on current exchange rate. If interested in 4 nights for October same rate would apply as September rate. Please just send us an enquiry.

Effective Oct 01/18 all British Columbia short term rental stays are subject to the 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on accommodation and 3% Municipal and Regional District Tax (MRDT).

Effective July1/22 5% GST will be charged on all accommodations and cleaning fees as per CRA.

Located POOL SIDE with great LAKE VIEW'S. This charming 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath is right across the street from Osoyoos Lake. The main floor is an open concept design featuring a full kitchen (granite), 2 pc. bath/laundry, den area including electric fireplace and practical laminate flooring in the dining and living room area. Spacious deck (15 X 7) with a barbeque to enjoy the view and a patio to enjoy your early morning coffee from. Also patio off master bedroom on the lower level. This level also has the 2 other bedrooms, 3 piece ensuite and a 4 piece bathroom. Property includes a pool and hot tub with a private waterfront and it's very own BOAT SLIP at extra cost per day if available. Can enquire with owner.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave dirty bedding on top of the beds. Put a load on of all the dirty towels in the washer machine before leaving. Dish washer is to be emptied & put away. Remove all recycling. Clean barbecue.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quite time on premises is from 10 PM to 8AM
No shoes to be worn in townhouse

Great place

Very nice accommodations. Steps to the pool and dock across the street, two parking stalls, great location. Pool is small and shallow but great for cooling off. Would definitely recommend this place.

The condo’s kitchen is well stocked. It was clean & nicely decorated. The location is excellent. Having the dock right across the street was convenient. The boys were able to walk up to Rattlesnake canyon to play mini putt. It was a great week.

Great family vacation

The condo was perfect. Well equipped with toys , kitchen amenities, safe for a toddler. The close proximity to pool and short walk to dock was great. The owner communicated well with us during the wildfire scare. Will definitely try and return next year. Thanks.

Perfect summer family getaway

This townhouse was perfectly set up for us to enjoy a week in the sun with the kids. Even with a restriction on numbers and time limits for using the pool, it was rarely too busy for the kids to get to go swimming. The pool is quite shallow and the kids could touch the bottom everywhere, so very safe (although not possible to swim laps, as it’s too shallow for that). It’s also very quick to cross the road to the lake, and the beach access to swim was lovely.

Amazing Place

This is a beautiful property. It’s quiet yet close to everything. We had a large family group and all ages had a great time. The pool is perfect for little ones but still great for adults. The lake is right there with a large dock and small beach. The grounds are nicely looked after and the people are friendly. The unit we stayed in had everything you need, was clean, spacious and really comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to vacation with family and friends

The town home was located in an ideal area of Osoyoos. We really liked the kitchen, living room and patio areas overlooking the partial view of the lake and pool area. Only issues we had were the boat dock we were assigned was very difficult to walk on and was unstable when the wind came up on the lake. The other issue we had was the unit adjacent to us appeared unoccupied and there was lots of garbage and debris that should of been removed. Other than that we still enjoyed our vacation.

A neat place to stay

We reserved this townhouse in mid-August 2018 for the family to spend a week in Osoyoos. The townhouse is very well-appointed and contains all the commodities you would expect, including extensive kids dishwares, which saves the hassle of wondering whether or not children could break plates or glasses. The whole palce was neat and clean when we arrived. The main floor is luxurious, inviting and spacious, and the patio offers a great view of the lake and opposite shore. It can get a tad noisy with the pool and hot tub right beneath it, but it was never overwhelming during our stay . As an added bonus, if you have children old enough to swim on their own, they can be easily watched from the patio. All three bedrooms downstairs are comfortable, especially the master BD. Two bedrooms are adjacent to the parking lot, which might create some noise, but nothing bad. Besides, all communication with Renee and Michele was done switftly and questions were addressed in a timely manner. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful BC Oasis

Our party of 7 - two families - greatly enjoyed our stay in Osoyoos and it was highlighted by the wonderful accommodations. The unit was spotless when we arrived and we had no issues at all during our time in the condo. The location is great - very close to town and the main beaches. The complex itself is well maintained and the upstairs deck has a wonderful view of the pool, hot tub and Lake Osoyoos. The two floor condo has been nicely remodelled, with laminate flooring throughout the main level and a granite countertop in the kitchen. The furnishings are all very nice and the unit is certainly well kept. The three bedrooms are located downstairs and a good size; we never felt cramped during our stay. The beds were quite comfortable and easily accommodated our group - as there are five of them! Osoyoos is a wonderful destination, with the warm water, great boating opportunities and of course, the wineries all within a few minutes drive. We had very good communication with Michele and Renee and look forward to returning to their home.
