About this property

North End 5-bedroom, 3-bath home on 2nd street, 1 block from the boardwalk!

This large 1st floor home is a block from the boardwalk and features an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan and a huge wraparound porch for covered outdoor dining and lounging with all of your family and friends! Situated on the corner, so you can see the beautiful sunset on the bay side and enjoy both ocean and bay breezes! 5 bedrooms and 3 baths with beautiful finishes like granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a gas fireplace.

Rental includes plenty of extras like beach tags, bikes, beach chairs and more!

To secure your vacation, we require a signed short term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven business days of receipt. We will email you a short term rental agreement for you to review and sign. You will then return the signed agreement to us along with the first of two payments. The first payment includes 50% of both weekly rental rate and 50% of the deposit (security deposit which will be returned to you within 7 business days of your checkout). The second and final payment, which is the remaining balance, is due 30 days prior to the check-in date.

To reserve your week we will need the following information in order to email you a short term rental agreement:

* Home & Cell phone #'s

* List of all occupants that will be staying in beach house

Our home is smoke free and we don’t allow pets. We offer cable TV in every bedroom and free WiFi. Our kitchen has all the features you'll need, including a Keurig coffeemaker. And you can pack a little lighter because we have bikes, a beach wagon, and beach chairs for your use. For bedding, we provide pillows and blankets only, so please remember to bring bath/beach towels and sheets! Our washer and dryer will help keep all those towels beach-ready!

Family Thanksgiving

This was the perfect place for the 8 of us to stay and easily connect with the rest of our extended family of 53 or so people over the Thanksgiving holiday. Very convenient to participate in the annual OC Fast & Furriest Turkey Trot on the boardwalk.

MS 150 City to Shore Bike weekend

Beautiful weather to participate in an incredible event. Beautiful home with great amenities. Location to beach and other options was perfect. Front porch was the best. Plenty of space, seating and the breeze was perfect. Very clean and provided enough options for all my family. Thank you very much Rob.

Great family stay

We rented the place for the weekend and it was a great place for families with little kids. Everything was on one floor so we did not need a baby gate and all the rooms were big enough to tuck a pack and play in the corner. The host was very helpful and brought extra baby gear over for us. The location was easy walking distance from the boardwalk. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! One thing to note is that the 3rd floor unit shares a staircase with the this 2nd floor rental and the garage connects to that shared hallway.

Fabulous Home, Great Location

This is a beautiful property. Very well decorated, modern appliances, open concept from the kitchen to the dining room to the living room. But the real show stopper is the porch. Large, tons of comfortable seating, and almost every night a comfortable breeze blowing through with no bugs. A short walk from the beach, but also close to an espresso shop, an ice cream shop, and several restaurants. Highly recommend this place.

Great family vacation home.

Our family consisted of 2 sets of grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 grandchildren (8 & 11). The rental was perfect for us, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, the family room and kitchen accommodated everyone comfortably. The location was perfect, short walking distance to beach and dining, and plenty of bikes for all of us. The owner, Rob, was great to work with, and he checked in periodically to see if everything was to our satisfaction. The rental is a newer building, and we would definitely consider renting again.

Long weekend in OCNJ

We stayed at Rob's place for a long weekend in May. The photos don't do this home justice- it's perfectly clean, in a great location, provides a lot of space! We especially loved the garage stocked with chairs, bikes, and toys for our 2 year old to use on the beach. The beach at the end of the street is a short walk- 10 minutes with a dawdling toddler, but if you wanted to walk to the north end bay beach you could do that too. Nearby ice cream, restaurants, and a deli. Rob was easy to communicate with and was responsive when we had questions. Would highly recommend this place!

2019 Summer vacation

Been visiting OC for 8yrs always renting. Great time as usual with my family of 5 and my brother and sister in law...another family of 5. The place was very clean, owners gave us access to their six bicycles which was used daily! Excellent porch to hang on all times of the day. Close to the beach and Browns!

This property could not have been more perfect for our family! Spacious, clean, cozy and inviting!

This property is AWESOME! Open, spacious, and extremely comfortable! The bedroom and bathroom set up was perfect for our family. We could feel together in the living area but also have cozy pockets for privacy. The deck is amazing. Enjoy lunch/dinner outdoors, curl into a comfy couch with your book, or gather around for games and conversations. The owner is very attentive and responsive. You will LOVE this rental!

There was six ladies that shared this beautiful space plenty of room. The balcony was just spectacular we spent a lot of time out there. Very close to the boardwalk and beach they had extra beach chairs and even a little wagon to haul your stuff down to the beach. We are already talking about booking it again for next year
