Nice upper floor 2 BR condo in a great location overlooking Pool and Ocean and Pier in the surrounding Downtown and Hotel District of Oceanside. Alot to do in the downtown, nearby Marina and the surrounding SD region. Pool was closed during our stay (Jan and Feb).Our host, a local realtor, was accommodating although there was coordinating our on-site check-in.

Why they chose this property

This property has one of the best views within this San Miguel complex. Wake up and check out the rolling sets coming in on the North side of the Pier, from your balcony.
It is centrally located within a 5 min walk to some of Oceanside's newest restaurants, hotels, bars, and of course the beaches from the harbor to the pier!
There is plenty to do in down town, visiting the surf museum, art museum, local library, cafe's, Thursday Farmers Markets, and the movie theatre. You can also rent a bike and cruise the coast or rent a boat, SUP, or Kayak and explore the harbor and coastal shores.
