About this property

Beachfront Home! Steps from the Gulf of America! Quiet end of the peninsula!

Welcome to Latitude Adjustment!! This is a 3bd/2bath beachfront house in the new subdivision, The Breakers. Sleeps 12. Master and second bedroom both have king size beds. The third bedroom is great for the kids. It has a full over full bunk bed with a full trundle and two flip chairs that fold out each to make a twin size bed. Living room sectional has a queen size pull out. High speed Wifi. All bedrooms and living room have a mounted smart TV. You can enjoy your Netflix, Hulu, etc. services or use our provided Sling service. The large deck has plenty of chairs and a table to enjoy the beach away from the crowds. Downstairs below the house features an enclosed outdoor shower, charcoal BBQ grill, and a built-in picnic table. Linens and towels included. Security cameras underneath the house.

We are not property managers, you are renting directly from the owners. It is our goal to give you the best customer service than other houses around, so that you can have the best vacation getaway!

What a perfect escape at Latitude Adjustment! We stayed for our first trip as a family of three, and it couldn’t have been more special. The views were stunning, the amenities top-notch, and the whole place felt like home. Our oldest son had an absolute blast splashing around in the water—he loved it so much that we ended up adding an extra day to our trip just to let him keep playing! Our newborn loved napping on the beach, soaking up the serene vibes. Thanks for the wonderful memories—we’ll be back.

Every year we get away for Christmas for 4 to 5 nights… This place is not disappoint! The peace and serenity from the beachfront balcony to the serene and beachy decor inside the house… It was a perfect touch! We have been traveling to the Bolivar Peninsula since 2001 for our annual vacation. We love the area and the small town feel. We like that it is family friendly with mainly houses to rent as opposed to hotels and condos. It isn't as touristy as Galveston, but it is close enough for a day trip to visit all of the tourist attractions they have to offer. Bolivar has the cleanest beaches in Texas!

Why they chose this property

We have stayed in many a vacation rental home, so we feel like we have learned all there is to what vacationers need and don't necessarily need. Our house is focused on being the perfect place for your family and friends to gather, relax, and enjoy each other; but not too big for a quick romantic get away. It's a clean house with just about everything you will need as far as linens, towels, kitchen items, etc. Because who wants to travel with sheets and dish soap?! We think we have all of the bases covered including what to do and how to keep the kids busy on an unfortunate rainy day.

What makes this property unique

Our favorite thing about our house (if we have to pick just one!) would have to be the deck. Beachfront means there is absolutely nothing besides our palm tree and an occasional passing vehicle between you and the ocean! We enjoy the beautiful sunrise with our coffee in the mornings. And we enjoy visiting with each other in the moonlight with the ocean breeze and the sound of waves at night. We know you will agree with us and will love making memories here just like us!
