A bright apartment on the fourth floor of a beautiful building with a splendid view over the city’s rooftops. The house is also accessible via elevator service.

It consists of: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower cabin and 1 with bathtub), a large and bright open kitchen overlooking the dining room and lovely balcony with panoramic view, and a large living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs. The living room also has 1 single sofa bed, and we can provide a cot for children under 4.



The apartment is located only a few steps from Campo San Maurizio, in the San Marco district. The area is full of cafes, restaurants, and elegant shops and boutiques. Nearby, you find Calle XXII Marzo, the city’s high-fashion shopping “avenue” with splendid boutiques and high-fashion brands. Continuing along this avenue, you reach Piazza San Marco.



The closest waterbus stop is Santa Maria del Giglio (Line 1) for easy and quick connections to all main attractions, as well as for the Alilaguna boat service for the Marco Polo Airport.



CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

Check-in is normally scheduled from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and is free of charge until 8:00 PM; for arrivals between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, there is an extra charge of €50.00, and for arrivals between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM, the extra charge is €100.00. Arrivals between 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM are not accepted.



The Red House Company SRL organizes one check-in per rented apartment; any additional check-ins for other members of the group will incur a cost of €50.00 each.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Venice

My family and I stayed at this amazing apartment. From the time we booked the apartment to the time we left we had fantastic communications with the property manager. When our train was cancelled due to a national strike we contacted Alice and she was very accommodating. The location is perfect for walking to anywhere in the city and Alice even arranged to water taxi for us. I highly recommend this property it is perfect for a family of four.

Very nice place - matched the photos. Owner and manager and check-in agent were in timely communication with Whatsapp. However, inadequate information - couldn’t work the microwave or oven. Some faucets had no hot water. On one day, no hot water at all until we called. Washing machine too small for travelers.

Nice simple place

A simple place not far from San Marco. Nothing special but you can feel safe and comfortable. Spacious living room area. No balcony/terrace to speak of. A little old and run down, and lock to building from street did not lock. I do think it got fixed by the time we left. All in all an ok experience but clearly a corporate owned unit that doesn’t t get a ton of love But hey that’s a lot of Venice these days. Sigh. .

Very Nice Apartment

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment in Venice. Our tall friends enjoyed the high ceilings. We liked being away from the most touristy areas which can be jam packed with people. The only complaint we had was that we were given one bath towel and one hand towel per person. There is no dryer so even if you washed towels there was no way to get them dried. The kitchen had few amenities. We tried everywhere to buy coffee filters but no luck. Bring your own if you want to use the coffee pot. You basically get salt and pepper and a few other items. It would be nice if they equipped the kitchen better. Overall, we only cooked breakfast so it wasn't a real issue for us. The neighborhood was very nice and we always felt safe. I would stay here again.

Good location and the place is huge. Even though there were only 2 of us it was really nice to have 2 bathrooms. Good value for 2 people and if you have 4 people great value. I would rent again.

Alles perfekt!!

Von der Bestellung angefangen haben wir uns (4 Erwachsene) auf die Wohnung in "exclusiver Gegend von Venedig" freuen können und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Hell, geräumig, sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet (mit viel Geschirr) und sehr einladend. Dass wir den Lift nicht benutzen konnten, lag leider am acqua alta. Aber wir wurden herzlich empfangen und ein freundlicher Träger (durch die Agentur organisiert) transportierte unser gesamtes Gepäck in die Wohnung (und bei Abreise auch wieder zur Vaporetto-Station). In nächster Nähe fanden wir Bars, Restaurants, Deli und sowohl zur Gallerie dell' Accademia als auch nach San Marco waren es nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg. Eine Wohnung mit Aussicht und zum Wohlfühlen!

L'appartement a été parfait pour nous 6:il est grand,agréable,parfaitement équipé ,bien placé et très calme.Nous avons pu y trouver Le calme nécessaire au repos apres nos longues journées de marché (et l'ascenseur est un sacré + quand on rentre!!).Et un grand merci à Sophie et son accueil chaleureux et très très arrangeant (vu Notre retard,nos bagages à stocker.....) ;si nous avions La chance de revenir ce serait dans cet appartement que nous recommandons sans retenue.

Highly recommended - great location, clean and well-appointed apartment

Overall a great stay at this home. Location is very convenient to transport (taxi or public water ferry) and walking distance to most tourist stops. Apartment itself is well appointed, kitchen had everything that we needed (we only really used it for breakfast), and wifi was dependable. The apartment's W/D was convenient as well as the building elevator. The apartment felt like home during the week that we stayed there. There was a snafu with the check-in meetup when we couldn't locate the welcome person at the ferry stop. That was a bit of a letdown on that rainy evening especially since it could have easily been remedied if they just carried a sign (guest or hotel name?) or wore a recognizable ID/uniform. Small nits: couldn't find an English channel on TV; suspect it's the same for all other apartments, but the strictness on trash segregation was a bit of a turn-off. But overall one of the better home rentals we've stayed with. Highly recommended.

Lovely quiet apartment

This is a find. It is new and air conditioning Ed which is CRITICAL in Italy in the summer. It is tucked away and quiet guaranteeing a good nights sleep. There is plenty of room to enjoy. We were two couples and it worked out perfectly.

Quiet, breezy, huge

Many things to live about this place. Great kitchen, baths, bedrooms & good living space. Fourth story walk-up (though there is a little elevator). Bruno was very charming and helpful. Close to everything but still a quiet side street. Good wifi, ac, etc. There is a music school behind the apartment, so you can sometimes hear opera or French horn tunes. Only downsides: no screens, so if you open windows to get nice evening breezes you'll also get mosquitoes, and taking the garbage out every morning by 9 (as required) is sometimes a chore. But highly recommended!
