Beautiful family house of about 150 m2 in stone with enclosed garden of 100 m2 in the heart of the Perigord Noir, 9 km from Sarlat on the Dordogne valley without vis-à-vis.

In a quiet hamlet 5 minutes walk from shops. At 100 meters secure cycle path (more than 40 kms)

On the ground floor :
2 bedrooms, one with 140 bed and one with 130 bed, bathroom, 1 toilet, living room with flat screen TV, living room, kitchen, entrance.

1st floor:
2 double bedrooms 140 beds, one with an additional sink. Lounge area with sofa bed and TV (connection for games console), DVD player, bathroom, 1 WC

Outside :
large terrace with blind, garden furniture, barbecue under awning, solarium and deckchairs all in a walled garden without vis-à-vis.

-Garage and parking.
- 3 adult bikes, 1 junior, 1 child

Charmantes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr alt, ich schätze zwischen 200- 300 Jahre, aber charmant und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küchengeräte und elektronischen Haushaltsgeräte sind lle vorhanden und funktionieren sehr gut. Die Lage ist hervorragend, zu Fuß ist die Bäckerei, kleiner Supermarkt, Metzgerei 4 Restaurants, alle gut, und der sehr gute Weinhändler erreichbar, Fluß und See zum Schwimmen sind mit dem Auto in Minuten zu erreichen.Interessante Ausflugsziele sind in 40 Minuten Fahrt Umkreis mehr zu erreichen als in einem Urlaub zu entdecken sind. Das Haus wird allen gefallen die originelle Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten suchen. Es gibt zwei Nachteile zum einen gibt es kein WLAN, in der heutigen Zeit ein echter Nachteil, Internetverbindung via Mobilfunk war zu weilen gestört. Zweiter Punkt im Hochsommer, mit Temperaturen zwischen 30 und 40 Grad Celsius ist das Dachgeschoss mit zwei Schlafzimmern aufgrund der Hitze nicht wirklich nutzbar, im Erdgeschoss sind aufgrund der sehr dicken Mauern, angenehme Temperaturen. Insgesamt haben wir dort ein schönen Sommerurlaub verbracht

Formidable

Excellent accueil, dans un cadre préservé et agréable. Le logement nous a offert toutes les prestations attendues. Le prêt des vélos a été très apprécié.

Agréable maison

Une maison très agréable bien que pas récente avec un extérieur bien clos et spacieux. Très bien située pour les différentes visites que nous avions programmées. Bien équipée et proche des commerces.
