Brand-new, south-facing ground floor with exceptional views.

The chalet is located 10 minutes from the La Clusaz ski area, Croix-fry-Merdassier, 15 minutes from La Clusaz, 15 minutes from Grand-Bornand, 30 minutes from the old town of Annecy.
Ground of chalet classified 3 stars of 38 m2 new state with terrace of 13 m2 understanding a main room with equipped kitchen and a sofa reads in good state, a room of water with shower and TOILET and a room with 2 beds 1 person.
Our guests appreciate the accommodation for its calm, its southern exposure and the exceptional view.
Linen is provided and beds are made upon arrival on weekly stays.(optional on weekends and short breaks, 10 € / pers)
You have the choice to go skiing on a very good road (10mn) free parking or take the free shuttle 1km from the chalet.
Non-skiers can go on a walk from the cottage, go to the rink in La Clusaz, in the cinema, the traditional market in Thones or visit the old town of Annecy (30mn)
You will also have the opportunity to pick up your milk at the farm (400m) and your bread bakery Manigod.
Manigod is a traditional agricultural village nestled in the heart of the Aravis.
Ability to provide free cot and high chair.
Discount of 10% on all ski rentals.
Possibility to rent towels and bed linen (beds made on arrival) 10 € per person / stay.

Parfait pour un séjour au ski de 3-4 jours

On a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Manigod. Nos hôtes nous ont réservé un excellent accueil. Le logement était parfait pour mes 2 fils et moi. Belle vue le matin effectivement sur la vallée et les montagnes enneigées (la pointe de la Beccaz ?). logement très calme et bien chauffé, ce qui est appréciable quand on vient se reposer de l'agitation parisienne. Au village de Manigod quelques commerces utiles : pain (bon pain !) librairie fromage. Depuis Manigod depuis le col de la Croix-Fry on rejoint à Ski le domaine de la Cluzaz (si les liaisons sont ouvertes). On peut aussi rejoindre les parkings gratuits disponibles y compris en face de la Combe de Balme. Pour l'été il semble y avoir pas mal de départs de rando à proximité. A étudier. Bref un bon séjour à 600 km de Paris.

Un séjour génial...

Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et accueillants. La location est confortable et bien équipée. la terrasse domine la vallée et la magnifique chaîne de montagne enneigée, effet garanti pour des petit déjeuner vivifiant. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et le conseillons vivement aux autres voyageurs. Le village de Manigod et la station toute proche assurent une ambiance chaleureuse et familiale.... À découvrir ou à revivre....Famille Mille.

Super weekend de Pâques

Studio très agréable et nickel en rez de chaussée d'un très joli chalet au coeur d'une vallée magnifique et calme. Accueil chaleureux et très sympa. L'accès aux pistes de ski est facile en 10 minutes. A recommander!

des vacances au top !

Location très agréable, au calme, bien équipée et décorée, non loin de la station Manigod ( la croix fry - 10 minutes ) pour rejoindre le domaine skiable ( y compris celui de la Clusaz) . la possibilité de skier en nocturne sur Manigod est un énorme plus et permet de prolonger les journées sur les pistes! les propriétaires sont à l'image de cette belle région : sympathiques, disponibles et prêts à rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. les casiers à ski permettent de stocker le matériel La situation par rapport aux commerces est idéale : 5km de Thones, une ferme à 2mn à pied pour récupérer du bon lait frais et une boulangerie dans le centre village de Manigod. Bref, tout est réuni pour y passer d'excellentes vacances Nous reviendrons !

Appartement propre, proche du neuf, situé à 10min des 1ère pistes de ski (Manigod) et 20min de la Clusaz. Propriétaires accueillants et sympathiques, discrets mais toujours disponibles si besoin. Adresse à conserver, nous reviendrons et conseillons sans hésitation !!

Très bonne adresse

Location très agréable et surtout très propre, à recommander sans hésiter. Le chalet est situé à l'entrée du village de Manigod, dans un secteur et offre une vue magnifique sur les montagnes enneigées. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Nous avons passé un bon week-end dans cet appartement propre et fonctionnel, à une dizaine de minute de la Croix Fry. Pour un court séjour, nous avons apprécié que les lits soient faits à notre arrivée et que le ménage de fin de séjour soit compris. Bonne adresse que nous recommandons et espérons revenir prochainement.

Appartement très fonctionnel et agréable où rien ne manque. J'ai apprécié les patères, les rangements mais aussi et surtout, les lits faits à l'arrivée, les serviettes-éponge fournies, ainsi que les torchons et serviettes de tables. Les coloris sont assortis, qu'il s'agisse de la vaisselle, des murs, du linge de maison. Autant de petits détails qui ajoutent au plaisir d'être en vacances. C'est presque l'hôtel, mais avec de l'espace en plus. Le chalet est plein sud et la vue magnifique. Quant aux hôtes, ce sont des modèles de gentillesse. Merci à eux pour nous avoir servi de guide en raquettes lundi après midi . Une belle ballade que nous garderons en mémoire.

Très belle vue

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec beaucoup de neige. Le châlet est très bein situé avec une excellente vue. Annonce conforme à la location appartement très fonctionnel, propre. Vous pouvez vous rendre au village à pied et vous apprécierez ainsi le paysage. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et vous conseillent sur les visites. Nous n'avons pas skié mais avons visité la clusaz, le plateau de beauregard et le lac des Confins.

Beau chalet

Malgré une semaine sans neige , nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans ce studio très fonctionnel ou rien ne manque , avec une belle terrasse qui nous offre un magnifique point de vue . L'accueil et les petites attentions des propriétaires ont bien contribués à rendre nos vacances très agréables .

Nous avons passé un séjour Très agréable dans ce chalet très chaleureux et fonctionnel . Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et aux services des clients !
