You will absolutely love the tranquil location of this beach house, just a short 150 steps from the beach! That's not even the best part, the back yard will transport to far away Caribbean resorts, but this one is all yours!

This home is fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 car garage features large views out the front or back windows. No, you can't actually see the ocean but you'll hear it, smell the salt and you'll know that you are there. We often see Kite-boarders and Ultralight flyers right out the front window.

We offer a deep pool with a Tiki bar area and beach toys for your use in the garage.
***Please note that the pool is solar heated. This means that during the Winter months with low temps and limited daylight, the water temp will remain cold***

There are his and hers cruiser bikes for exploring the path along A1A that runs for miles if both directions. The pool is heated via solar panels so if you're there early or late in the year the ability to enjoy the pool will be extended.

There is a master suite featuring a king size bed and private bath. The other bedrooms feature 1 queen bed in one and 2 twins in the other. There is a full size bathroom to service these rooms.

There is a rustic and modern living room featuring a 55 inch TV. There is a Florida room addition that offers dining for 4, a breakfast 2 top and another TV/gaming area. Supporting your activities is cable high speed wireless internet.

No parking on the grass. No trailer parking allowed. Driveway can hold 2 cars, possibly 3 small ones. Outdoor noise curfew is 9PM.

Relaxation !

Overall this property is amazing. We loved the short walk to the beach/ocean. Outdoor shower is perfect for sand removal. Pool and backyard are private and perfect for family fun. Only thing I would recomend to familys is bring your own ocean/beach umbrella,chair items. These items are very old and need a upgardae is all. Overall amazing place !

ALWAYS PERFECT

We have stayed with Bill 5 years and counting! THIS IS THE BEST PLACE & BEST PERSON to stay with!! Everything is wonderful, clean, the back yard is AMAZING relaxed & comfy. He’s so nice and kind. We absolutely hate when it’s time to leave. Thank you again Bill for another one in the books!

Beautiful Stay

We really loved the location of the house to the beach and shopping. The size of the house and the bedrooms were great size. The kitchen was stocked and previous people left some condiment, which was very nice of others. We will be staying again next year. The extra sitting room and the outside area are so peaceful.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

This beach house was a wonderful escape for a getaway! My family and I have stayed here multiple times. The location is perfect – an easy walk to the beach. The home is spacious, and the back yard is perfect. Thank you, Bill! We hope to return soon.

The back yard of this beach house is incredible. It is so inviting you and your guests will absolutely want to spend your days soaking in the Florida beach feeling that abounds back there! The people of the neighborhood envy this home. If the blinds are open, you can see right thru the house to the pool area and Tiki bench. They all wish that they could come join the fun that is possible here.
