Visit us at
One of the few “ma & pa” places left on Clearwater Beach. Small, cozy, friendly, and family operated for 40 years. We are a small apartment building with 10 different apartments located on the north end of the island. The building is walking distance to everything. The beach, restaurants, shops, Pier 60, and marina. The trolley makes a stop right in front of our building in case you want to really venture out. The apartment has 1 queen sized bed, a full sized living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The location is great for being able to access the beach. The owners were pleasant to interact with. I can imagine the property was in much better condition prior to the floods of 2024. Because the unit is only a window unit, the whole unit feels a bit humid and the bedroom is always quite frigid compared to the rest of the unit. I was excited that the property accepted dogs, but my dog's food was infested with ants after the first day. Since I was there during the off season, the property was quite and there were no problems with noise at night.

Great location. You are right on the inland water front and you can walk 2 blocks to the ocean on the other side. Mike and Marta and very nice and I got a chance to meet the family. Very helpful hosts. I hope to return next year but probably won’t rent a car since most locations are with in walking distance.

The location was perfect for our stay! 2 blocks to the beach and close to tons of restaurants. We especially enjoyed ending our evenings out on the little dock. Just make sure you have bug spray!

Great location, very very safe. Loved the tennis courts across street , watch people play at night! Beautiful Catholic Church end of street for Christmas Mass I loved. Very close to everything as far as restaurants and CVS , bars and beach is right there. Perfect place because even though it’s crowded it’s very quiet and peaceful. Love it. I would stay again !

Perfect location

This was a cute little place on the north beach. Right on the bay and a block from the beach. Also within walking distance to everything! Will stay there again for sure!

Perfect Vacation Location

The building is on a block of two away from the main strip with lots of restaurants as well as the beach. Check in and out was seamless and super easy.

Great beach house

Everything you need to stay in Clearwater for a weekend is this house. It’s 1 block away from the beach, super clean, it has a little dock with a couple chairs and an excellent view, private parking… just perfect

The host was kind & engaging. The dock right out the door was lovely... but that's where the good things end. The deadbolt lock on the front door hit 2 inches below the plate and no chain on the door. After we pointed it out, he came & drilled a new hole & took the chain off the door from the unit next to us. The windows were all unlocked, I got most of them to lock, but their lack of concern for safety was pretty disconcerting. The shower leaked, the bathroom door wouldn't shut and the bedroom accordion door was off the track & difficult to open or close. The coffee pot only worked if I set the timer because the buttons were so old, the on/off button didn't function. He told us neither ceiling fan was working but he'd come fix them then next day. He never came to fix them. The place is definitely out dated but that was shown in photos.

This property is located on the North Side and it is more peaceful and enjoyable. It was so relaxing. I would definitely stay again!
