At Domaine Pré Joly, you will be welcomed as if you were at a hotel and can benefit from a personalized concierge service.

High-end bedding, hotel services, large private heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, air conditioning, spacious pool house, large outdoor spaces (terraces, garden, large secure parking), bicycle rental, wine cellar, cleaning included, linens provided.

The Domaine is ideally located 10 minutes from the Avignon ramparts, the Popes' Palace and the famous Avignon Bridge, 7 minutes from Avignon airport and 20 minutes from the TGV train station.
The building dates from the 19th century and is located on a 5000 m2 property, where our main residence is also located. The two houses are completely independent.
It has been tastefully restored in 2014 in a contemporary style but retaining its charm. It houses a large living room, a lounge with television, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hotplate, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, fridge, wine cellar, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster), daytime toilets, and upstairs, 3 bedrooms with bathroom (Italian shower) and private toilets, flat screen television.
The house is fully air-conditioned, equipped with a home automation system and a music server.
All the rooms are equipped with a double bed (2 beds in 180, 1 bed in 160).
For your comfort, we provide linen: sheets, towels and bath towels for the swimming pool.
Outside, you can enjoy a large garden, eat in the shade of the terrace, treat yourself to a moment of relaxation in the swimming pool with submerged beach (heated from May to September), or enjoy the jacuzzi (all the year).
You will have the opportunity to play a game of "pétanque" on the bocce area, play ping-pong (ping-pong table and rackets available to vacationers), or discover the surroundings by bike (bikes available).
Regular cleaning of bathrooms and bedrooms (included).
Free Wifi (available throughout the property).

The most beautiful home! Photos don’t do it justice. Beautifully appointed, gorgeous large bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen is equipped with everything you need for any meal. The grounds and pool are spectacular- we didn’t want to leave. The owner Anne was most gracious from the time of booking until checkout. Carolina kept the home clean for us and was attentive to replenishing supplies. Highly recommend for a perfect holiday!

This beautiful home was perfect for what we were looking for.

My little sister had lost her husband to cancer 6 month ago. She cared for his needs for several years. She needed a dreamy getaway and it was accomplished. We roamed around durning the day. Great central home base and enjoyed the property in the evenings. We highly recommend with 5 stars. Anne and Vincent were wonderful host.

Wonderful house, wonderful host

Beautiful house set just outside of Avignon. Anne was very helpful with helping us with restaurant reservations and things to do around Provence. The grounds are lovely and make for a perfect setting to enjoy a glass of wine and some cheese while reading a book.

Elegant Domaine

The house is beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. Anne and Vincent are excellent hosts, going above and beyond providing helpful guidance with taxis, restaurants, side trips, coiffures, from the mundane to the sublime. Carolina and her husband and lovely dog Flokie also live on the property. Carolina kept the house pristine and was so sweet and helpful. We stayed for almost a month. How lucky for us!

Fabulous

The home and grounds are gorgeous and extremely comfortable. It was hot in France while we were there, so we were grateful for good air conditioning and a lovely pool. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen well equipped. It helped a lot to have a washing machine given the hot weather. We met only our hostess, who was charming. We had a couple of teen granddaughters with us, and they also loved this property. The decor was modern and also beautiful. I hope we can return some day.

Amazing!

Beautiful home and property! From the moment the gate opened we were awestruck. The amenities are amazing. The pool, pool house, dining patio and grounds are not only convenient and well appointed, but beautiful. Everything we needed and wanted was there. The design and artwork in the house creates a beautiful vibe. The house is perfectly wired for lighting and sound. Our hosts, Anne & Vincent, made us feel like we were at home. Carolina took great care of us during our stay, even making us a snack, unexpectedly, one afternoon. We cannot wait to return to this piece of paradise in the Provençal sun! Absolutely incredible property, beautiful location, exceptional hosts. Highly recommend!

There is not one thing to complain about with this property or the hosts or location. It is simply perfect. The property itself is immaculate and provides everything you need for a brilliant holiday. The photos do not do it justice! The pool and bedrooms are much bigger than we expected! We were greeted on arrival with an amazing home cooked dinner which was just what we needed after a long day of travelling. The fridge was fully stocked with food for the following morning and enough to have lunch too! Also provided with a fully stocked wine fridge which was a really lovely touch. The housekeeper was absolutely wonderful and made sure to do her work whilst we were blissfully unaware at poolside or out and about. Super friendly and helpful without being intrusive at all! The property felt so safe and secure we didn't feel the need to lock the house up when we nipped out to shops and could fully relax poolside with no worries! The sound system by the pool and out door bar were amazing and used constantly. The house was so quiet and spacious, with amazing bathrooms and comfortable beds. The hosts were communicative throughout booking and before our arrival. During our stay they were amazing at recommending restaurants and even booked them for us! Honestly, I cannot recommend this property highly enough. It is faultless and simply beautiful! Thank you Anne and Vincent for the most incredible holiday and hospitality!

What a perfect sanctuary for our family during our stay in Provence! Our group consisted of a couple, a baby, and baby’s grandma.First, the place is pristine and spacious. If you hadn’t told me people actually live here I’d think it was a model home or something. I didn’t realize the rooms would be so well appointed and roomy based on photos and was pleasantly surprised to find all bedroom and bathrooms very comfortable and nicely sized. A crib fits in any of the bedrooms with room to spare.Second, Anne and Carolina were lovely to interact with and so welcoming of our baby and all of us! Traveling with a 1 year old for 20 hours is a bit of a marathon to say the least and I was running on fumes when we arrived, but they were so patient. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. And we’re kind of obsessed with the adorable golden retriever who belongs to Carolina.Finally, the grounds are outrageously beautiful. It’s just like the photos, but even more grand because the photos don’t quite capture the size of the lawn or pool.Highly recommend, and if I ever come back to Avignon I’d book here again in a heartbeat.

Retreat in Avignon

First off this place is truly a paradise! Every detail has been meticulously looked after. The design of the rooms, ensuite bathrooms, kitchen and living areas are warm and welcoming. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end efficient appliances. The pool and hot tub were used every day of our stay with the exception of one day due to weather. The pool house is divine and equipped with all the conveniences you could need. Outdoor dining is a must and their canopied dining room outdoors is fantastic. Their house manager, Carolina is warm and friendly and took great care of us. The photos do not do this property justice! Was great for our family of four - truly the perfect place to stay- highly recommend -11/10! Thank you Anne for opening your home to us!

Beauty in Avignon

Beautiful house & grounds with all the amenities you need for a summer stay. Ann & Vincent were great host. Location is in an area were its easy to get to Old town Avignon, Gordes, Abbey, il sur la sorgue. A car is a must to get around. They do have an assortment of bicycles. Pool & pool house are beyond wonderful. This was the highlight of our cross-country car tour of France.

The whole stay was just wonderful from check in to check out! Anna was an excellent host who took the time to walk you through everything at check in and be available as much as you needed her by WhatsApp. She lives on property in a separate home but was never intrusive at any time. The house was just lovely/posh with 3 nice comfy king sized bedrooms and beautiful ensuite bathrooms to a very well stocked modern kitchen and large dining table. The downstairs is open concept so the house feels much larger than it really is in reality. The pool area with heated pool and a furnished pool house with pool bath was just stunning…along with a large outdoor dining space with gazebo near to the pool. There was also a hot tub inside of a glass greenhouse on property that was picture perfect too. We had daily maid service too from the very nice woman who took care of the house/grounds!The property was also behind a double set of driveway gates. One in from the street and one at the end of a shared lane at the property. Fobs are supplied to remotely open both of them. If I had to say there was any negative (if you can call it one) was that there was no soap/shampoo in the showers. It seemed like a slightly missed opportunity given that so much thought and detail went into this property. The location was also great for visiting old town Avignon and the wineries of Chateauneuf de Pape. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if in the area!

Wonderful property!

This wonderful property is as pictured with great service and easy check in. It makes for a relaxing and pampered oasis from which to explore Provence. The home is lovely and well equipped. The outdoor space is beautifully maintained.

A delightful stay!

Domaine Pré Joly is a beautiful property and a lovely stay! We were warmly greeted and give a tour of the guest house and property by the owners. They do reside in the main house next to the guest house, but we didn't see them except at check-in and check-out. The guest house is beautifully appointed with designer finishes and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The grounds are immaculate and appreciated the added service of housekeeping each day to tidy up. The location is perfect as a central location for our daily adventures to the different villages we visited in the Luberon. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Best vacation home ever!

The Domaine Pre Jolie is simply the best vacation home I have had the pleasure of staying in - after decades or renting homes. In fact, it is better quality and value than most 5 star hotels. The residence, gardens and pool areas were simply spectacular. The photos in the listing, while beautiful, simply do not do justice to the property when you experience it in person. The home is equipped with everything that you will need to make the most of your holiday in Provence. The location is a perfect home base in Provence. Easy day trips to so many beautiful, historic and charming villages and sights. Perhaps, most important is the warm and responsive interactions with the hosts – Anne, Vincent and Carolina who took such good care of us throughout our stay. If I could rate this higher than a 10 I would. We can’t wait to return!
