Immaculate 2 bedroom 2 bathroom town home in a gated community with great access to a pool and spa. The pool is semi-private and is shared with only 20 other units.

Spacious master bedroom features a king-sized bed with ceiling fan, walkout patio, two large closets, double sinks, and large walk-in shower. The master suite also includes a large-screen TV on a swivel mount. All high-end furniture, linens, and bedding are new.

Large guest bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a walkout patio, ceiling fan, large closet, and a separate TV.

Updated large living area has a gas fireplace, TV, and dining space. It also includes two new swivel recliners so you can kick back and relax. The spacious room also features a new comfortable sleeper sofa so the property can sleep six guests.

From the main living area you can access the walkout to the very secluded patio with a BBQ grill, outdoor ceiling fans, and automated sun shades.

Large kitchen features granite countertops and slate tile. Kitchen is stocked with coffee maker, toaster, utensils, dishes, many small appliances, and other items you may need during your stay. The unit also includes a separate laundry space with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. It also has an attached double-car garage.

All towels and linens are included for your convenience, including new pool towels.

This fantastic house is clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. Located close to shopping, restaurants, Snow Canyon, walking/hiking trails, parks and golf courses.

We stayed here while moving our daughter back into the dorms at Utah Tech. This was a convenient location and in a quiet neighborhood. The house is well maintained and very clean. It was well stocked with linens and kitchen utensils. Beds and furniture we comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Home and Neighborhood

We stayed two nights with four adults and two young kids. There was a lot of space and seating, the bathrooms were clean and updated, and the beds were comfortable. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood and close to attractions and restaurants. We would stay again if we come back to this area!

Beautiful home!

We loved the property; it was clean and super comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen has the necessary cooking supplies and the jacuzzi wad close by and was super hot.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. For us the location was really convenient especially for the event for which we were attending. Quiet location and away from the bustle of traffic. It is comfortable and well equipped. One of our favorite parts was the view out the front windows!

Awesome Place!

We rented this place for a month and it was spectacular. Clean as a whistle, conveniently located near grocery stores, hiking trails, etc. Views out the windows were wonderful. This was an overall, very comfortable place to stay. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to the are.

Visit to St George

House was comfortable, modern, and clean. It had a good location for seeing the sights and was not too far from the main city. We had never traveled to St George and we’re pleasantly impressed by the area.

Inside of the property and the management team were excellent. The properties bedrooms are located right next to a major artery road. The road noise was way too much to sleep comfortably. The management told me about the sound machine in both rooms. It worked for the cars for the most part but, the motorcycles and commercial trucks were too much. They did offer a refund but we had no where to go. Again great place but noisy.

Perfect for Tuacahn and hiking

We were traveling to go see The Sound of Music at Tuacahn. It was an excellent location for the theater—located less than 10 minutes away from the home. The home is immaculate and well maintained. A/C was on and the house was cool when we arrived. The amenities were amazing. We loved the pool and had a great time staying out late watching the stars. Beds (3 total) were extremely comfortable, the towels were humongous and very soft, the sheets were high end. We could tell the owner cares about the experience you will have. The house had soap, laundry detergent pods, dish washing equipment and a well-stocked kitchen. The barbecue worked well. Wonderful place to stay in Saint George and create a base camp for having fun.

Overall we really enjoyed staying here! The house is beautiful and well stocked. It seems to be in a really nice neighborhood and the neighbors we interacted with were nice.There were a lot of cockroaches outside and even one inside which freaked us out.We were a little disappointed that "Private Pool" meant all the different houses not private to us but the pool was fun!

Clean, simple, nice decor very comfortable lounge chair chairs in living room. Good to Excellent stay. Hope the duvet covers are changed with each stay. The Boulevard is very noisy - hard to be outside on the patio - the only minus is noise and clean dining area windows for view. Would’ve liked to have been informed that there were pool noodles and towels in the garage. Would like to have a plastic recycle bin available..

Location, Comfort, Style, Cleanliness - Five Stars

This was our 2nd stay at this Entrada Lava Falls condo. We returned after 7 years to continue adventuring in local Santa Clara Canyons and Bryce Canyon. This condo is in a great location in Santa Clara, secure in a small, scenic, gated community. The interior is thoughtfully designed for comfort & style, and amenities for all needs whether short or longer stays. The kitchen is fully stocked, with a full laundry room and attached private garage. Cleanliness is top on our list as well. We give this condo 5 stars for cleanliness and all around comfort. We highly recommend this Entrada Lava Falls condo!!!

Great Location

We loved that it was close enough to Zion and Bryce for us that we could see both while in Utah. The kitchen was well supplied with pans, appliances and utensils for cooking in. Very clean and comfortable! Would stay here again.

FABULOUS!

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this property and it was just as incredible as our first stay. Beautifully decorated and furnished as well as well stocked. Easy access to pool and hot tub. The owner’s communication was clear, concise, timely and helpful. Hope to stay there again next year if we head to Utah.

This incredible property is situated in the perfect location. There is a reason this area is highly sought after. Our family has always loved staying at Entrada and its surrounding areas. It is secluded enough to feel like a true vacation but also close enough to outdoor adventure, hiking trails, golfing, restaurants, and shopping. The gated community offers privacy and the location provides breathtaking views. This property is one of the only units with a very secluded and inviting outdoor space including grass, ceiling fans, automated sun shades, and a BBQ grill. All of these things were very important to us when choosing a home away from home. We hope you'll enjoy staying here as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

This property was just updated with new high-end furniture, linens, and decor. All the furniture was chosen with our family and our guests in mind. It has two new swivel recliners to relax and comfortably watch your favorite show on the new large-screen TV. The property also has a new comfortable sleeper sofa for two additional guests. The master bedroom and guest bedroom were also updated with new high-end furniture and bedding so you can truly enjoy your stay. We are constantly trying to improve the property and make it enjoyable and comfortable for all our guests.
