Immaculate 2 bedroom 2 bathroom town home in a gated community with great access to a pool and spa. The pool is semi-private and is shared with only 20 other units.

Spacious master bedroom features a king-sized bed with ceiling fan, walkout patio, two large closets, double sinks, and large walk-in shower. The master suite also includes a large-screen TV on a swivel mount. All high-end furniture, linens, and bedding are new.

Large guest bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a walkout patio, ceiling fan, large closet, and a separate TV.

Updated large living area has a gas fireplace, TV, and dining space. It also includes two new swivel recliners so you can kick back and relax. The spacious room also features a new comfortable sleeper sofa so the property can sleep six guests.

From the main living area you can access the walkout to the very secluded patio with a BBQ grill, outdoor ceiling fans, and automated sun shades.

Large kitchen features granite countertops and slate tile. Kitchen is stocked with coffee maker, toaster, utensils, dishes, many small appliances, and other items you may need during your stay. The unit also includes a separate laundry space with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. It also has an attached double-car garage.

All towels and linens are included for your convenience, including new pool towels.

This fantastic house is clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. Located close to shopping, restaurants, Snow Canyon, walking/hiking trails, parks and golf courses.

This house was so nice! Though it's a duplex, we never heard our neighbors. The whole neighborhood was very quiet. The views are gorgeous from the dining room, the patios feel very private, and the bed was suuuper comfy! The house was impeccably clean throughout, and all the furniture was nice and comfortable which is not something you always find in a rental. We appreciated the fully-appointed kitchen and wanted for nothing. We loved it here and will definitely stay again!

We stayed here while moving our daughter back into the dorms at Utah Tech. This was a convenient location and in a quiet neighborhood. The house is well maintained and very clean. It was well stocked with linens and kitchen utensils. Beds and furniture we comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Home and Neighborhood

We stayed two nights with four adults and two young kids. There was a lot of space and seating, the bathrooms were clean and updated, and the beds were comfortable. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood and close to attractions and restaurants. We would stay again if we come back to this area!

Overall we really enjoyed staying here! The house is beautiful and well stocked. It seems to be in a really nice neighborhood and the neighbors we interacted with were nice.There were a lot of cockroaches outside and even one inside which freaked us out.We were a little disappointed that "Private Pool" meant all the different houses not private to us but the pool was fun!

We loved the property; it was clean and super comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen has the necessary cooking supplies and the jacuzzi wad close by and was super hot.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. For us the location was really convenient especially for the event for which we were attending. Quiet location and away from the bustle of traffic. It is comfortable and well equipped. One of our favorite parts was the view out the front windows!

We loved that it was close enough to Zion and Bryce for us that we could see both while in Utah. The kitchen was well supplied with pans, appliances and utensils for cooking in. Very clean and comfortable! Would stay here again.

A lovely place to stay

This was a very comfortable and very clean place to stay. Nice location with side walks to take a walk, close grocery store and shopping. We stayed for the Tuacahn Broadway series and it was nice to be so close. We will stay here again.

This incredible property is situated in the perfect location. There is a reason this area is highly sought after. Our family has always loved staying at Entrada and its surrounding areas. It is secluded enough to feel like a true vacation but also close enough to outdoor adventure, hiking trails, golfing, restaurants, and shopping. The gated community offers privacy and the location provides breathtaking views. This property is one of the only units with a very secluded and inviting outdoor space including grass, ceiling fans, automated sun shades, and a BBQ grill. All of these things were very important to us when choosing a home away from home. We hope you'll enjoy staying here as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

This property was just updated with new high-end furniture, linens, and decor. All the furniture was chosen with our family and our guests in mind. It has two new swivel recliners to relax and comfortably watch your favorite show on the new large-screen TV. The property also has a new comfortable sleeper sofa for two additional guests. The master bedroom and guest bedroom were also updated with new high-end furniture and bedding so you can truly enjoy your stay. We are constantly trying to improve the property and make it enjoyable and comfortable for all our guests.
