NEW VILLA WITH HEATED POOL AND QUIET GARDEN

New villa of 90 m² (year 2015) with private swimming pool heated from June to September and secure (4 x 9 m and 1.50 m deep) for 2 to 6 people located in the quiet village of Les Allards.
The cycle paths at 2 steps, allow you to discover the island in every corner through the marshes or the woods.
The villa is located 4 km from the city center of Dolus d'Oléron, Saint Pierre d 'oléron and the beach at Boyardville.
Access to the beaches of Perroche and Rémigeasse 5 km away by cycle paths
The ILEO aquatic center is 3 km from the villa.

Lovely stay at nice house with pool

Well stcked, sun beds, bycicles, bbq, pool, table tennis. Excellent for family with 2 bathrooms and 3 rooms. Well stocked kitchen, all you need is there.

We really enjoyed our stay , the house was lovely and the pool was really nice . It was probably one of the cleanest and well appointed houses we have stayed in . The only thing I would say was the garden needs more plants in but all in all it was a great holiday .

A perfect escape

This was our first time visiting Île d’Oléron and the property. The villa was presented to a high standard, clean and light with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was well equipped and the seating/sleeping quarters were comfortable and clean. The outdoor area felt private and there was ample seating for all. We loved the pool - perfect temperature and depth. We really benefitted from this as a relief from the heatwave during our stay. Communication from both Nathalie and the team at Esprit Vacances was excellent both before and during our stay. Highly recommended and we do hope to return in the future.

La maison est superbe ! Comme sur les photos meme mieux ! Très propre, bien équipée et la piscine est incroyable ! Chauffée comme dans un bain! Un bonheur ! La maison est au calme, un peu excentree donc il faut privilégier la voiture mais vraiment super !

Échanges avec la propriétaire et accueil du service de conciergerie au top (nous avons fort apprécié la bouteille de vin offerte). Superbe maison toute équipée et propre. Coin calme et agréable. Un peu excentré de la ville mais des vélos sont à disposition, ce qui permet de faire des balades aux alentours. Piscine fonctionnelle, juste un peu fraîche même chauffée. Tout est conforme à l'annonce. Je recommande à 100%.

Maison très agréable, chaleureuse d'une propreté exemplaire. Décorée avec beaucoup de gout. Aucun vis-à-vis direct sur la piscine. Lotissement très calme et bien situé dans l'île. Conforme à la description et aux photos. Accueil parfait ( avec une bouteille d'un vin blanc de l'île) par Joann d'Esprit Vacances qui est toujours disponible pendant le séjour. Jolie semaine de vacances

Accueil agréable de la conciergerie qui nous avait contacté pour fixer l'heure de rdv. Maison propre, bien agencée en 2 parties séparées. De nombreux ustensiles présents dans la cuisine. Piscine propre et très agréable. Emplacement un peu loin de la plage mais nous le savions avant d'arriver. Manque un vélo avec porte bagage pour siégé bébé. Au prix de la semaine de location, les frais de ménage pourraient être inclus. Avons passé une semaine très agréable.
