Just 237 ft from the warm sandy beach and the Atlantic Ocean, this 7 bedroom (4 of which are completely private suites), 5 1/2 bath custom beach house has all the amenities to make your beach vacation an unforgettable memory.

3 bedrooms & 3 1/2 baths are located on the main floor along with the family room with cozy fireplace, dining room for all of you to dine together, perfect kitchen, laundry room and dry entry.

4 bedrooms, 2 Bath at are located on the upper level and enjoy a separate living area and large sundeck to relax and enjoy that beautiful oceanview. There are tv's in both family rooms, Master Bedroom and 3 other bedrooms as well.

Spectacular views await you on the upper level deck where you can bask in the sunshine and catch the cool summer breezes. Upper and lower master bedrooms AND upper and lower level living rooms have accesses to these decks. Upper area may be shut off from lower area for privacy and adult entertaining with small children sleeping upstairs or downstairs.

Just off the living room is a large screened porch with ocean views where you can read a book, relax with friends and family or enjoy lunch on the double picnic tables. What an excellent spot to relax and enjoy reconnecting with family and friends.

Underneath home is a large enclosed hot/cold shower, plenty of room for parking, boat parking, outdoor charcoal grill with entertaining area, and dry entry. Super for cookouts, shrimp boils, skate boarding, and family fun! This awesome beach property has a tropical landscaped yard and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with low traffic noise.

The cleaning fee provides you with a FULL departure clean allowing you to enjoy your vacation until the very last second! Gather up the family and friends and experience Edisto in this spacious tropical setting just seconds to ocean!

Relaxing and Family Time

Sea view is all it says it is! My family of 10 had plenty of private bedrooms and bathrooms to go around and steps from the beach. Very private dead end street and hardly no pass thru traffic. Just a few blocks from the grocery store and shops and the scenic bike path around the island. Highly recommend the Sea View and will go back again.

House met all our needs for our 3 generations. Great view from top deck, lots of room to spread out or gather together. Very easy access to beach, groceries and local restaurants. We loved it!

This is a great house for a large group. Close to the beach and on a very nice, quiet street. Holds lots of people and the reality company is great to work with- they respond quickly when needed. I totally recommend this house for a beach rental.

Wonderful week with friends and family at a beautiful home.

The house was beautiful, comfortable and functional. We had a large group with three generations that spanned from a two-year-old to a couple of boomers and everyone had a great time. When we checked in one of the beds was broken and the maintenance people came right out and fixed it. We would definitely book this property again for a large group.

Our family enjoyed our Christmas weekend together. Lots of room, well stocked kitchen. Bring your own paper products, blankets (if it's during the colder months). Eat at Whaley's, an Edisto institution. There were 9 of us and 2 dogs. Plenty of space for all....

Loved our stay at Sea View. The seven bedrooms provided plenty of room for everyone and the great room was spacious enough for watching TV and sitting around and talking. Loved the screened in porch. Did not use the sun deck on the second floor since it was extremely hot during our stay. Would recommend this house for any large family.

4 families and they each enjoyed having their own bathroom and did not have to share. The upper deck had a great view of the ocean and was a wonderful relaxing time with a glass of wine and nice breeze blowing. Great open spaces. Beds not very comfortable—-especially king bed. Great screened in porch and deck for watching ocean. Bathrooms were clean but coffee maker was very dirty and required our cleaning it thoroughly before use. Ice maker on fridge not working & maintenance failed to repair even though they said they did. House could use some better maintenance but overall a great place. Contact person about issues we had was very nice, quick to respond, & very easy to work with.

A great place to spend a week at the beach !

This is the best beach house ! It took 2 minutes to walk over to the beach . Big enough for the whole family with a beautiful ocean view! The kitchen is equipped with everything one we needed including a big pot for the shrimp boil . We had plenty of room to park all of the cars and the golf cart . The outside shower came in handy to rinse off sandy feet We will try to book again next year !! Thank you so much !!

President's Day weekend

The place was nice; however, paper products were in very short supply. The freezer part of the refrigerator was stuck, meaning it was impossible, at times, to open. The ice maker was working too well. A maintenance person did come out to fix the problem, but it arose again the next day.

No Sheets on beds after I paid for them. Then she gets back to me saying she couldn't find payment So please keep check on that..... They didnt even have toilet paper or soap in the restrooms so bring your own. We had to go out to buy it......... Wish they had some type of entertainment like a pool table or video games upstairs. But over all we enjoy the trip......

My family spent a week here. The house layout was fantastic! Really nice to have two living room areas on separate floors. We took a few specialty kitchen items like pizza pan and muffin tin but otherwise kitchen was well stocked. Very nice screened porch. Nice sized bedrooms. We will definitely stay here again.

If you rent this house, be sure you check your emails. They do not communicate via VRBO. Huge mix-up because I was checking VRBO and not my emails. Also, be sure you read that all linens (sheets and towels) are an additional cost. Really felt for the cost of the stay and the cleaning fee, linens should have been included. However, once there all was good. Beds are a little squeaky and uncomfortable. Dining room table is sticky with something on it. But overall we had a great stay and had fun!

Wonderful home for a large family getaway

Our family had a wonderful time at this large 7 bedroom home, just one block from the ocean. There is plenty to do in the area, for sure! We were busy kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, cycling, playing tennis, and taking long walks on the beach. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac which made it even more quaint, away from the traffic which was super for the dogs. We definitely recommend Edisto Beach for a family vacation. I would try to book this particular home again if I decide to visit this beach again!
