Upon arriving we realized that there was no hot water in the unit at all. I notified management of the issue and was assured it would be rectified shortly. The next day we followed up again, and again another email assuming us it would be fixed, still nothing.
The guest bedroom was also missing a doorknob on the inside of the br. This caused one guest to be LOCKED INSIDE the bedroom for over 30 minutes until someone let her out. We also informed management about this issue on the first day of arrival.
We stayed for 3 nights and no one came to fix the issues until our last day. However, there was still no hot water in the master bath or the kitchen the entire time.
We reached out to the property manager, nothing. These places think they can just do whatever they feel like and collect your money 3 months ahead of time with no repercussions. This is the only thing left to do is write a negative review.
