Beachside villas condo, building #10 unit 1032 in Seagrove beach, located 4 miles from Seaside. Spacious and inviting, close from the sugary white beach. Lighted tennis and pickle ball courts and 2 heated pools available next to the unit. Secluded, close to the beach and town. Located "in the middle of all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Attractions and 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding and eco exploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many owned restaurants show casting local catch, boutiques and shopping venues.
This top floor peaceful unit is accessible by stairs (2 flight of stairs). A spacious floor plan, the largest option in Beachside Villas condominiums connects the living, dinning and kitchen areas. The beautifully renovated kitchen features a breakfast adorned with reclaimed wood and new bar stools. In the living room, guests can settle down on the plush couch and enjoy watching your favorites movies on the 58 inch smart TV. The living room is also connected to an oversized balcony. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the first rays of a Florida sunrise or settle down with a glass of wine while basking in the warm ocean air. There are several chairs outside so guests can soak up some sun while planning your next "Beachy" adventure at the end of another fun-filled day!
When you are ready to settle down, head to one of the unit's cozy rooms. The master bedroom features a large king bed and en suite renovated bathroom. It also has balcony access, so you can enjoy the early morning sun without disturbing your guests. Two other bedrooms and a Jack and Jill style 1.5 bathroom will comfortably accommodate additional guests. All bedrooms include wall mounted smart TV. First additional bedroom has two queen size bed and the other one bunk bed twin over full with trundle. The unit accommodates up to nine guests.
Parking is a breeze at the Beachside Villas, just in from of the condo. Entry by way of a keyless lock increases the ease of entry to the property.

Great vacay spot

We had a wonderful time on vacation. The pool and tennis courts were very well kept and it is a nice condo complex. We did have a couple of issues with the check in, such as the cleaning crew arriving late and the lock not working properly. But communication with the host was great and she was very compassionate and willing to work with us. These were just slight inconveniences after traveling all day but the location and host made up for it! I would absolutely book this place again. As far as the beach, just know you do have to walk a bit, about 1200 feet to get to "public access" to be able to set up your chairs and umbrellas. There is a golfcart service from 930-430 that will take you to the beach and back with all of your items. The private beach company does not play games. If you are looking for a family friendly condo area with close proximity to the beach and comforts of home, definitely book the place!

Beachside Villas condos sits almost on the beach. This quiet property is just a short partially shaded boardwalk to the beach that also provides two showers and hoses for rinsing off sand. In addition, the property offers a golf cart ride to the beach if needing extra assistance. The property contains two pools with showers, bathrooms, and shaded tables.The condo is perfect for a larger family with the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The outside patio has ample room to spend some quiet time or enjoy a meal together. There is also several beach chairs and amenities for the beach located in the outside bin.The kitchen is well stocked to cook meals and store extra food in the pantry.Overall, location…location…location. Perfect quiet beautiful spot to make lasting memories with your family and friends.

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The tennis courts and pool were awesome. The pool seemed small, but even with several people in it, it never felt crowded. (This was the pool closest to the condo - didn't go to the other one).Beach access in this area is kinda tricky. There is a beach access very close, and you can walk through the private part and go left or right to a public part, or you can go down the road a ways to go directly to the public part. From the door of the condo to the sand was less than five minutes for me (and I walk slowly). The golf cart trolley people were super, super nice and we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes on them, so it was pretty quick to the ocean. (Aside, the "public" part did have a lot of people, but it didn't feel crowded. Time of day/time of season could have affected that.We did have one issue, but the owner responded super quick and had a solution that worked for us for the week. Overall, definitely a great place to stay.

We have stayed at BSV a few times and this is my favorite unit. Good layout, plenty of beds, and some nice included beach amenities made the trip great. The whole complex also had a facelift recently completed. I would definitely book again!

Great Location On A Great Beach

The condo was very clean, stocked with all we required and everything worked. There was a momentary snag with the door code but the owners were very responsive and the issue was resolved quickly. Our family of five (3 in HS) really enjoyed our super fast week. Loved the quick access to the beach. The missing star is no fault of the owners who were terrific to work with but rather with the construction of the building. Anyone on the stairs (2 flights) or moving about in the upstairs unit made a lot of noise. It often sounded like a basketball game was taking place upstairs. Of course, with different neighbors, it might have been completely quiet the week after we left. Overall, we enjoyed, thought the value was reasonable and would stay there again.

Trying to get access code was very hard. VRBo didn’t have it & had us contact Benchmark. They didn’t have u as a client but worked with us to acquire the code. Good overall

All went smooth and the property was comfortable with a decent supply of essentials (tp, soap, sponges, etc). It was clean, and the keyless entry is very useful. Unfortunately our stay was cold and rainy! We appreciated the large tv and extra blankets in the living room. There was one heated pool and it was warm enough for kids, but not quite enough for adults to be comfortable in cold weather :). It would be helpful if the description explained the beach access situation more accurately. The closest access is about a 5 min walk from the unit, however it is a narrow strip between private beaches (great for walking, but I would imagine it gets crowded during prime beach days). There is more beach room about 500 yards down the beach next to the dune lake that the properties lease and it is a fun area with the lake meeting the ocean. We would have appreciated some beach towels in the unit. Great and prompt communication from the owner. We would stay again, thank you!

Convenient location with little ones!

Thank you for sharing your condo with us! Our family of four (two adults, 3yo and 1yo) had an excellent stay. We originally intended to have a set of grandparents with us who would have used the third bedroom, but they backed out and it was actually really nice to have the extra space for the kids! However, the master bedroom closet nook would have been plenty big to accommodate our son's pack-n-play, as originally intended. The condo is located in one of the closer-to-the-beach buildings in the complex, which made for a super easy walk to/from the beach (no steps; our 3yo could walk the entire way). Due to new beach laws, if you plan to bring your own beach setup, you'll need to get down to the beach SUPER early to reserve your place as there's no deeded access for this complex. We rented chairs due to that and not wanting to haul more than necessary in addition to ourselves and our kiddos, and had a prime oceanfront spot every day! We loved having a pool available and the location on 30A can't be beat. The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks again for sharing your place!

Where’s the hot tub?

Two star review breaks down as follows: 1) The condo was not clean. We are not obsessively picky renters - but there was a lot of hair on “clean” towels and in bathrooms, what appeared to be mouse poop in dresser drawers in bunk room, dirty dishes in cabinets, and stains on all of the bedding. We didn’t feel comfortable until we washed everything. 2) No hot tub on the property, and it was listed twice in the description of condo amenities. That’s one of the main amenities we look for when searching out a winter vacation rental, and we would not have booked here had the listing been accurate. 3) The beds are uncomfortable. The king bed has a thin foam mattress topper, and that cannot camouflage a cheap and uncomfortable mattress. With updated mattresses and bedding and a detail-oriented cleaning service, this could be 4/5. We are not complainers. This is intended to be constructive feedback.

Nice Location, but dirty Condo

We liked the location of Beachside Villas – convenient to restaurants and shops. The beach shuttle was very nice; we used it daily for transportation to and from the beautiful private beach. This actual unit was the dirtiest condo I have ever rented. The entrance door to the condo was streaked with black marks and dirt, the welcome mat was covered in sand - not welcoming at all and not a good first impression. Inside there were dust balls and sand on the floor, under the beds, and in corners. The door to the hot water heater (in the living room) was covered in very visible dust. The floors turned your feet to a dirty dark color if you were barefoot or wearing socks and walking around. Kitchenware was so old and should have been embarrassing to have out for paying guests. The owner offered to send the cleaner back, supposedly the cleaner had come before we did. I declined since our little ones were already asleep in bed and I certainly had no faith in the cleaner. So disappointing since we paid a hefty cleaning fee. We ended up sweeping and cleaning as much as we could. I feel I should be reimbursed for the cleaning fee, but the owner has not made an offer and doesn’t seem to understand. I did not expect to have to do housework on my vacation. I have plenty of pictures if there is a way to share them.

Not As Expected

The overall experience was just ok. We love the beaches and atmosphere of 30A. And we loved the section of 30A this condo was located. But that’s about where the good ended. While we were there, the dishwasher never worked. There was actually a puddle of water in the bottom that wouldn’t drain. We reported the problem immediately, with no resolution after three days. At that point, I told the owner not to send someone out, we would just deal with it. We didn’t expect to have to do dishes by hand the entire time we were on vacation. In addition, the kitchen is not well equipped for cooking. There is a lot of old stuff and things are mismatched and hard to find. The description for the condo mentions that it is a top floor unit, but be aware…there are 34 grueling steps to the top floor with no elevator option. The description also says ‘steps from the beach.’ While that is somewhat true, the beach you are ‘steps from’ has very little public beach space and no chair rentals available for this condo property. We had planned on renting chairs, so to find out a few days before the stay that the beach where chair rentals were available was 400 yards away (and that was just the walk down the street - though there is a cart shuttle available for this portion) was a little disappointing to say the least. But after the 400 yard walk to get to the condos leased section of beach, there is another LONG and DIFFICULT walk through the sand, around the dunes, just to get to the chair attendant, then find your chairs. It was truly exhausting. The beach was beautiful and peaceful and not crowded, but not nearly as close as described. The most disappointing part was the overall cleanliness of the condo. The floors looked and felt like they had not been cleaned. There was dust everywhere. The under cabinets in the bathrooms were dirty. The couch was dirty. We just never felt clean. I actually spent the first night cleaning as much as I could just to be comfortable. We actually left vacation a day early because it was just not what we had expected when we rented the unit.

Some good, Some bad

We have stayed in complex before b/c it’s a little walk to beach, but it’s not much even with toddler in tow. Beach options have changed -resulted in more walking for us. They have a shuttle to take you over if you’re not hauling a beach cart. Things we really enjoyed about the condo: -full-size front loading washer and dryer. Huge help! -decor was pleasant, peaceful, cute -condo is laid out well, lots of space to move around, good flow -kitchen well-stocked, No lids for pots, No pot holders - fun selection of games and beach stuff -bunkbed sheets are soft, bunkbed ladder made it easier to get up/down. Cute rug! Kids room=big hit -master bedroom: beautiful morning light, balcony, good space, nice private bath. The dresser is hard to open/shut. Annoying for an adult, too hard for my little one. -strong Wi-Fi for most of the trip, had to reset a few times. -the front door code was personalized numbers to our family -super helpful, simply brilliant! Less than impressive items: -roaches. We killed at least 30-40 in our 5 days. I notified the manager after trip and she said will speak to their pest control company. I chose not to do it during trip because I didn’t want chemicals sprayed while there. NOT a new problem. Had varying sizes of roaches. It’s an issue that is NOT solved. -NO deadbolt on front door. Our 2-yo walked right out so we blocked with chair. -Bathtub had removable stopper that didn’t suction. bath time=challenging. I addressed with manager while on property, No response. -dining room chairs: 4 match, 2 mis-match. 1 doesn’t fit table, 1 unusable at table. -ice machine made ice, didn’t dispense. bought bags of ice. -balcony sliding door handles don’t lock, but has safety bar. No screens -unit backs up to a different complex -we had issues with late-night loud music party at the neighbors. I addressed with manager while on property, but nothing could be done Extra things to know: -air-conditioning managed by guest. Gets VERY cold. reads differently than home. we did 77 during day, 74 at night. At home we do 72/70. -unit was clean, NOT deep clean. Bathrooms clean. We didn’t clean before settling in, but did wipe off porch chairs, and cleaned due to roaches. Feet/socks really dirty from floors -issues with pool code, manager responded quickly, tried to help. Also had issue at another unit in complex Overall, we liked the condo. It has a few items that need immediate attention. If solved, we would consider again
