Convenient location
This home was easy to get to. The parking was great and the location was very convenient. The home was musty smelling and it caused me some issues with my allergies and asthma.
The location to the wedding we where only 15 min from. There was everything we needed. The only negative would be the deck was not cleaned and the only bathroom was down stairs away from bedrooms.
We enjoyed our stay!! 5 adults and 2 kids.
The location was awesome! Cute and comfy place.
5 adults was a bit of a tight fit. One had to sleep on couch .It was tight for us with 3 guys over 6 ft and one child too young to sleep on top bunk . But, we would stay there again! We wish we could have stayed longer!
We only stayed one night, so I cannot comment on kitchen supplies or anything like that. But check in was easy, rental was clean, beds were comfy, bedrooms had what they needed. I had seen some magazines, the air was in when we got there and that was appreciated, and it was remodeled nicely :)
The unit is roomier and cozier than the photos indicate. Four of us stayed in the unit for 7 nights. The kitchen layout is easy to figure out. We had about half our meals there. Host Tyrell is easy to work with and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
We love Hudson and got to enjoy a fun weekend there. The apartment is like a townhome with bedrooms upstairs and living room, kitchen and bathroom on main level. The historic home is clean and warm with all amenities needed. We were able to walk easily to our favorite spots and loved being across the street from our favorite Casanova liquor store. We plan to make this a regular get away from across the river in MN.
Property was clean and comfortable. Communication with host was prompt, easy check in. Easy walk to downtown Hudson to enjoy shopping, dining, distillery, brewery, coffee, ice cream and walks along the River. We are cyclists and rode to Stillwater which was a nice ride (25 mile round trip) . My adult group would definitely stay here again, would also work nice with younger children.
We had a great stay for a long girls weekend. The place was super cute and perfect for 3 ladies. Location was great as we walked to downtown Hudson for shopping and ate at some great restaurants. We visited in May and ended up being a weekend where the temps hit 80 degress. The house did get toasty as there is no AC. We found some portable AC units in a few of the rooms but only one hose to vent them outside. We did get the temp in the house down and were able to sleep comfortably. Overall it was a cozy little place to stay with some girlfriends.
Great location and walkable to downtown. I wish I would have planned ahead better regarding most shops being closed on New Year's day and closed early on New Year's Eve. The Igloos at Pier 500 were a highlight.
The property functioned well. As half of us are older adults, we adjusted to climbing the stairs to the bedrooms and back downstairs to the one bathroom.
The tv connection did not seem to work as well as we expected.
We appreciated the off-street parking and closeness to other places.
I have a mixed review for this place. The location is great; easy to get to shops, restaurants, the river and interstate. There was enough space for 3 adults and an infant. The negative was the lack of air conditioning. No one expects 80+ degrees in April. So no AC units were available until the second day of our stay. With no air movement upstairs, we had to go to a hotel to be able to sleep. The other negative was the wifi. It was slow/ spotty throughout the stay, and actually stopped on our final night there.
