Charming provencal farmhouse with swimming pool

Provencal house completely renovated in 2013. Hillside, 50 Meters away from Chemin de Marseillais. Field of trees and fenced. 4000 sqm. Swimming Pool. Nice view of the surrounding hills. South orientation. Large shaded terrace (100 m²). 1.5 km from the village center. Swimming pool (9 x 4 m, 1.50 m deep) with salt cleaning system, outdoor shower.

Parking space for several cars.

For 4 max 5 people. 2 bedrooms with air conditioning. 2 living rooms, large kitchen, 3 bathrooms. 170 m² living space.

New furnishing in 2014. Wooden deck furniture. Garden furniture. Sun lounges with mattresses on the terrace and at the pool. A barbeque grill is also available.

Ground floor: 1 entrance hall, 1 separate WC, 1 small living room with an open fireplace, 1 large living room with sofa and armchairs, WiFi, large flat screen TV, stereo, blue-ray-DVD player. Large kitchen with a table for 8 people, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee and espresso machines, toaster, electric kettle. Each ground floor room opens to the terrace.

Upper floor: 2 staircases with steep stairs lead from the entrance hall and the large living room to the upper floor. On the upper floor on right side of the house: 1 bathroom has a bath. On the upper floor on the left side 1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.40 m, 1 mattress) and 1 small room with 2 bunkbeds. The left bathroom has a shower.

Children very welcome. Please do not smoke indoor and pets upon request.

Great house on a big property

We had a great time both outdoors and indoors. Really ice pool area and a big (cool) living room to relax in the afternoon. The kitchen has two fridges and everything necessary.

sehr schönes Haus mit Garten und absolut tollem Pool

Wir waren mit 4 Personen in dem Haus. Zwei Schlafzimmer (eins davon ein Stockbett) und zwei Bäder, 1x Dusche und 1x Badewanne sowie noch ein extra WC. Die Küche voll ausgestattet toll waren die zwei großen Kühl- und Gefrierschränke als Kombination, ist nicht selbstverständlich in einem Ferienhaus. Sehr schön ist auch das große Anwesen mit dem schattenspendendem Baumbestand (ein Feigenbaum steht am Eingangstor, den wir mehr als einmal abgepflückt haben) und einem tollen großen Pool zur Alleinnutzung, den wir täglich genutzt haben. Empfehlen können wir Aix-en-Provence, Cassis (toll abends am Hafen Essen zu gehen) La Ciotat und Marseille, aber auch etwas weiter entfernte Städte wie Hyères und St. Tropez sind sehr schön. Zu empfehlen war auch der Strand in Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône in der Camargue (wir sahen Flamingos, die weißen Pferde haben wir leider nicht gesehen), da konnte man mit dem Auto direkt am Strand parken! Im Nachbarort Aubagne ist das Museum der Fremdenlegion, Eintritt und parken sind kostenfrei, wenn man sich für Militärthemen interessiert, auch mal einen Besuch wert. Zum Ort Auriol selbst, Einkaufen kann man im Intermarche, ca. 1,5 km entfernt, Essen waren wir 2x im Bistrot Cocotte, samstags ist Markt. Kommunikation hatten wir im Vorfeld mit Monique (in deutsch) der Besitzerin und auch bevor wir angekommen sind mit Sylvie in französisch oder auch in englisch. Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Tolles Haus

Es war alles so, wie beschrieben. Die Hausübergabe klappte super. Die Verwalterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, zum Einkaufen hat man in 5 Minuten alles erreicht. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Schlachter und der Käseladen in Auriol. Und der Bäcker hat tolle Törtchen.

Wundervolles Haus mit viel Platz

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Der Check in war sehr herzlich, alles hat wie im Vorfeld besprochen geklappt. Insbesondere die Küche war überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet, es war wirklich alles da. Für uns das Highlight neben dem Pool: Die reifen Feigen, die gepflückt werden konnten und im Überfluss vorhanden waren.

Wundervoll!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in diesem Haus verbracht! Das Grundstück mit Pool zur Alleinnutzung ist herrlich! Es gibt sehr viele schöne Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und Sonnenschirme. Das Haus war sauber, geräumig und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Monique vorab und mit Sylvie vor Ort war ebenfalls super! Eine Klimaanlage haben wir nicht vermisst, da man mit den Fensterläden die Hitze gut draußen halten konnte. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, da in fussläufiger Umgebung keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Auriol liegt für Ausflüge an die Küste und in die Provence aber sehr günstig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Séjour Magnifique

Vacances de rêve. L’endroit est magnifique, idéal pour déconnecter et prendre du bon temps. Sylvie et son mari sont disponibles et prévenant pour nous. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. La maison est très pratique et que dire de la piscine, vraiment au top. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in dem Haus. Es ist alles da, der Pool ist toll, die Außenanlagen sind wunderschön. Man kommt schnell nach Aix en P., die Küste oder Marseille. Bei Problemen hilft die nette Verwalterin Sylvie sofort weiter. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Provençal paradise

Very peaceful location, with a beautiful private pool. We stayed with our 7 and 4 year old and had a perfect balance of lazy days round the pool mixed with various child friendly places to visit that were no more than half an hour away.

Hausmit guter Atmosphäre

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Im Haus ist viel Platz, es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, v.a.auch durch die vielen Bilder und Kunstgegenstände. Die Küche bietet wirklich alles, was man braucht, so dass man wunderbar kochen kann. Der Garten hat neben alten Bäumen auch schöne Töpfe und duftende Lavendelbüsche zu bieten. Sehr begeistert hat uns der Pool, der ohne Chlor auskommt, von schönen ortstypischen hellen Steinen eingefasst ist und in dem wir viel Spaß hatten. Die Lage ist ruhig , allerdings muss man für alle Aktivitäten das Auto benutzen. Das Ehepaar, welches sich um das Haus kümmert , war sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

PARFAIT !

Une très chouette maison dont nous avons pleinement profité en famille pendant ces 2 semaines. La réalité est encore plus sympa que les photos et la description. Un environnement très calme, entouré de nature, proche des commodités et des accès autoroutiers et surtout une vue à couper le souffle ! La maison est très bien équipée et confortable. Et que dire des extérieurs : une piscine idéalement exposée, une terrasse immense et ombragée... Compte tenu de tous ces avantages, difficile de se motiver à quitter la maison pour visiter les alentours qui sont pourtant magnifiques ! Enfin nous souhaitons souligner un point qui fait la différence et ainsi remercier Sylvie et Stephan qui avaient la charge de nous accueillir sur place lors de notre arrivée. Un couple hyper sympathique, à l'écoute et qui se plie en quatre pour faire de votre séjour de vraies vacances (conseils sur les commodités, entretien de la piscine...)... une très belle rencontre. Merci à tous les 2 pour votre disponibilité et votre gentillesse. En bref, si vous souhaitez passer de belles vacances, foncez sans hésiter !

Maison très bien équipée et très bien entretenue. Coin piscine très agréable. Très bon accueil de Sylvie. Seuls bémols : la maison est sombre à notre goût et les coqs du voisinage sont deplaisants à partir de 4h du matin.

Schönes Landhaus mit Pool

Das Ferienhaus stellte sich so dar, wie im Inserat angekündigt. Bemerkennswert war, dass man die Temperatur im Haus durch Schließen der Fensterläden so reduzieren konnte, dass trotz hoher Außentemperatur ohne Probleme geschlafen werden konnte.

Herrliches Urlaubsdomizil

Wir schließen uns den bisherigen Bewertungen voll und ganz an und empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter! Das Haus ist - wie auf den Bildern gezeigt - sehr schön, gepflegt und ruhig gelegen. Der große Garten mit dem fantastischen Pool bietet allen Entspannung und ist auch für Urlauber mit Kindern bestens geeignet. Wir, 6 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder), haben hier unvergessliche Ferien verbracht. Ein Dankeschön auch nochmal an unsere sympatischen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, Sylvie und Stephan, die sich täglich um Pool und Garten gekümmert haben. Auch den netten Empfehlungen für schöne Ausflüge sind wir gern gefolgt. Für Ausflüge ist ein Auto unabdingbar.

Maison au calme sur beau terrain et super piscine. 6 couchages "seulement" pour une si grande maison, c'est un peu dommage! La literie mériterait également d'être un peu meilleure! Sinon, tout était parfait et nous avons passé un super séjour.....à recommencer!

Nous avons bien aime cette maison et son jardin un peu sauvage . Bon equipement general sauf le manque de ventilateurs ... En plein ete... Piscine agreable . Calme et bien situee a proximite de commerces mais voiture indispensable . Bonne literie , moustiquaires partout , agreable terrasse ....
