Villagers Homestyle-Walk to beautiful Lake Sumter Landing or take a two min. golf cart or bike ride in the included gas golf cart and 2 cruising bikes with helmets.
Enjoy all the great shops restaurants and nightly entertainmnet in the square, from the sought after location of Virginia Trace.
You will enjoy our 3bdr/2bath open floor plan home with all the comforts of your own home.
This home sleeps 6 and includes a master suite with a king size bed, 40" smart TV, a walk in closet and a master bath with dlb sinks and walk-in shower.
A Separate guest suite on the other side of the living area includes bdrm #2, with a queen size bed, bdrm #3 with twin beds and a guest bath. Your stay includes all linens, bath and pool towels, hair dryers and a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. There is a separate laundry room, a screened in birdcage patio with comfortable patio furniture and a dining table for four.
A gas grill is also provided.
The living room is furnished with comfortable leather reclining furniture, a chaise lounge and a 65"smart TV with cable package, internet and wifi.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood with no through traffic and is one block from the neighborhood pool and a couple of minutes golf cart ride to one of many recreation centers where you can enjoy tennis, pickle ball, horseshoe pits, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, billiards and meeting rooms for clubs and activities.
Come enjoy the 42 executive golf courses where your golfing is included with your $50 Resident ID's. There are also 12 championship golf courses that are accessible for an additional fee.***there is no landline phone at this home, a cell phone is required***

The house is large and layed out great. The inside and outside make you feel right at home. The house is located right near the center of Sumter Landing... and easy 10 minute walk to the square and all the shops and resturants. We would gladly stay here again. The area is beautiful.

Amazing Location!!!!

Anyone looking to stay in the heart of The Villages, this is the place to stay! Three bedrooms, two baths extremely clean house and everything you need. Golf cart got us to Sumter Landing to all restaurants and boardwalk getting ice cream at Häagen-Dazs within minutes.

Beautiful home

We had a very comfortable stay during our time in the Villages. The home was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with many extra touches. The location is ideal for proximity to Lake Sumter Landing. Very nice neighborhood and Lisa was extremely helpful and responsive.
