Amazing family stay. Fishing right on the canal, beautiful accommodations, small putting green, kayaks and 8 passenger golf cart left for our use!! Very kind and helpful host. All around, 9.5/10!!

Excellent could have tables for decks off bedroom s but other than that, couldn't ask for more than the boat be gassed and ready to go. Haha. Oh by the way the golf cart tags were 2 years expired. Excellent stay.for all

Wonderful home with plenty of space for our large party. The golf cart was broken, but the owners borrowed one from a neighbor so we had one to use for the majority of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was as-advertised and worked perfectly for our group of 10. There is a lot of room to spread out with the large kitchen/dining/living room areas as well as the decks and balconies overlooking the canal. The beds are very comfortable and sleeping arrangements accommodated our group well. Our stay was before the summer season so the beach and local community were quiet. The hosts were responsive to questions regarding check-in and the house in general.

We had a great stay at Ocean Isle in this house. There are so many perks staying here with young children. The host was so helpful in making sure we had bikes available to use, especially the one we needed with training wheels and a youth bike. We were there as hurricane Isaias was coming through. The game room downstairs was so good to have for entertainment with the rain and wind. The shuffle board table and darts were probably the favorites. The heated pool was also a treat to have in early October. For the beach, there are plenty of sand toys, beach chairs, a wagon, life jackets, boogie boards. If you don’t bring it with you, it’s probably there. It’s a short walk to the boardwalk to the beach, but there are steps at both ends if you’re bringing small children and a wagon. Our host was extra kind and helpful in bringing us several large crab pots and propane stand we used one night for a seafood boil. I’m guessing he brought us one from his house when I asked if there was one available. Sheets and bath towels are provided, but bring your own beach towels. It’s a quiet street and we enjoyed biking the road at the end of the street to get to the intercostal waterway. We wish we had just had another day of good weather so we could have used the kayaks. Ocean isle is a favorite for our family.

Our family loved our week long stay here! Great location, nicely renovated, wonderful owners. We enjoyed the pool, kayaking, and watching the sunset from the back porches. We will definitely be back again next year!

Great stay

The home was exactly as described online, and very clean. EXCELLENT location near the end of the island. Each sleeping room had its own private bath and shower with a convenient powder room on the main level. Living areas on both levels were spacious and accommodated large groups easily. Our group enjoyed our stay to say the least, and we highly recommend this property!

Favorite House, Best Week

Our large family of close to 20 has been vacationing at OIB for 20 years. 11 Lee accommodates our large family so well and the improvements made to it over the last few years are fantastic. Clean, spacious, well appointed, plenty to do and enjoy, and the very best location. Easy check in and check out. Look forward to visiting again!
