INDIAN POINT: A paradise for lake lovers!
Our condo will provide you a peaceful stay away from the hustle and the bustle of the city. If you're looking for a place where you can enjoy the Table Rock Lake, watching wildlife like deer, red fox or go out for boating, Rockwood is a perfect place for you. It is a place where you can enjoy exquisite decor and amenities for an unforgettable vacation. No stairs or steps, easy access to the unit from the parking lot. Table Rock Lake is only 40 yards away from the condo building. Boat docks are onsite and covered. This 3 bedroom /2 bath condo has 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 queen sofa sleeper and 2 twin cots. Able to sleep up to 10 and recently renovated.
Our location is only a mile away from the biggest attraction in Branson; Silver Dollar City and just a short distance from all other attractions in Branson.
Please review the list of amenities prior to booking.
-Boat slip and boat trailer parking are onsite. Only one boat slip is available. Boat launch is at Indian Point Marina which is 1 mile away from the condo.

IMPORTANT INFO:
- Per Indian Point Marina rules and regulations, we must have a copy of your boat insurance on file prior to your stay. Please send an image of this info to 417 230 9072 (Ph# will be visible after you book) You can also email it.
-No pets or smoking is allowed.
-Free EV charging for our guests near our main office which is 1 mile south on Indian Point.
-All info is posted inside the condo.
-Check in starts at 4 pm. Check out is 10 am. No exceptions.

Great Place

It was a great place. Very clean, which we appreciated a lot. The property manager was excellent to work with and talk to. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because it wasn't exactly what we where searching for. We needed four bedrooms and this was listed as four by VRBO, but it really only had three bedrooms, a sofa bed, and some extra cots. Had to get creative last minute to make it work and we did, but I do wish I could trust the search feature with VRBO. I'll be more careful next time.

Great location, but.....

This condo is in a great location and the boat slip is a plus. The condo was not stocked as I expected, as others we have stayed in been in the past. No paper towels or paper plates in the kitchen. No hand soap in the kitchen. The sheets in one of the bedrooms did not seem clean. The air conditioner could not keep up the the heat of the day. Grill advertised on the deck was inoperable. The little extra's we have experienced from other VRBO hosts were not here. No directions for the TV's, no products for the bathroom showers.

The condo was better then advertised, best location , closest to water. The boat slip was great, we will be back next year for sure.
