appt à fuir! matelas à changer grosse tache! baie vitrée (balcon) fonctionnement très difficile pour l'ouverture fenetre de chambre pas de fermeture armature pourri porte de placard très abimé ménage à revoir très mécontent de l'appartement.

Great little house with prime location in south mimizan
grest little house with large shaded yard just a few minutes walk from the beach and central mimizan. Very friendly welcome and checkout.

appartement convenable
L'appartement possédE une très belle vue et une proximité des commerces et de la plage cependant le logement avec quelques imperfections qui ne sont pas négligeables pour une location de vacances (oreillers jaunis, clic-clac taché, baie vitré très sale, table rouillée, les volets de la baie étaient cassés, pas de lumière dans la chambre, il manquait des ustensiles de cuisine: coteau à légumes, mugs, tire-bouchon, ciseau..). La vue compensait le reste...et le séjoue était très agréable mais il ne faut pas être trop regardant.

Nous informons notre clientèle que des améliorations vont être apportées pour la saison 2017.
En effet, voici la liste des modifications apportées: Crédence et plan de travail changés. Oreillers changés.Housse de clic clac changée.Salon de jardin changé.Quelques ustensiles seront rajoutés.
Les volets du séjour ont été réparés.
Pour la lumière dans la chambre, il y a un système de va-et-vient.
