Soraya welcomes you all year round at the Patio in a small charming private residence classified as 3-star tourist accommodation..
The residence is ideally located in the heart of Mimizan-Plage with its studio for 3 people, 25 m², small pets are accepted.
The accommodations are independent, on the ground floor with terrace and garden. They are both quiet because isolated like a Patio and have two accesses, one of which overlooks the central beach or the cycle paths and the other on the shopping street and its restaurants. You have private, secure and isolated parking with an automated gate.
Once there, you can do everything on foot or by bike, or go directly to the beach or go shopping in 20 seconds while simply enjoying the terrace and the outdoor garden of the residence to stay calm and relax.

Sheets and towels are provided, wifi connection, a flat screen TV, a double bed and a single bed made on arrival, a kitchenette with table-top fridge, domino electric hob and crockery kit, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, microwave, a bathroom with shower, sink, hair dryer and toilet, a combined washing machine / dryer, an outdoor terrace with table and chairs.
Without taking your car, on site, many restaurants for a true Landes cuisine cure: duck breast, foie gras, gizzard, but also seafood.
A stone's throw from the residence, the CASINO de Mimizan, the Tourist Office, the markets (covered, open air and night markets), shops of all kinds and all the summer entertainment...

Rental all year round with the possibility of a tailor-made quote in the off season.

Vacances : les pieds dans l'eau

Que dire sur ces vacances, si ce n'est que la propriétaire, Soraya, est avenante et charmante ; l'appartement est meublé avec soin et d'une propreté impeccable. Soraya vous accueille avec sur la table du coin cuisine avec un petit bouquet de fleurs, des petits pots de confiture et une bouteille d'eau fraîche dans le frigidaire ce qui est tres appréciable quand vous avez fait des heures de voiture sous la chaleur !! Sans oublier que les lits sont faits et ça aussi c'est luxueux après un long voyage ! Vous n'avez plus qu'à poser vos valises, faire une trentaine de mètres et l'océan est a vous (car si vous ne voulez plus prendre votre voiture durant la durée de vos vacances, c'est tout à fait possible, elle est garée dans une coure avec un portail verrouillé par 1 bip). Enfin voilà, superbes vacances, les pieds dans l'eau !!

Nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire Soraya qui a été très avenante et très accueillante ça a été un plaisir de passer une semaine dans cette petite maison nous regrettons même de ne pas y être allées plus longtemps. Apéro tous les soirs avec la propriétaire . de merveilleux souvenirs, un emplacement au top en plein dans les magasins , restos , la plage à deux pas emplacement idéal pour ceux qui ne veulent pas sortir la voiture. Hâte d’y retourner. Nous nous sommes régalées

Bis kurz vor der Ankunft hatten wir keine Bestätigung dass uns der Vermieter erwartet. Das war beunruhigend. Dann sahen wir dass wir mitten im schlimmsten Rummel wohnen. Glücklicherweise waren wir im Hinterhof und dadurch doch einigermaßen ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, aber alles da. Die Einrichtung ist alt, aber in Ordnung. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich.

Les lits faits à l'arrivée et le linge de toilette fournis!!! Les petits plus : parking privé proche et la plage à 2 pas. Les petits moins : vacances trop courtes!!!
