It has coffee, coffee mate, sugar, pepper, salt. Yes, you have 15 people, and the dining table inside is small. My another house in Downtown Scottsdale has two big dining tables, each can have 8+ people, so can have 16+ people. In the future, you can rent that house.

we do have 2 china sets (almost 100 pieces) plus 20+ extra bowels and dishes. We did put two rolls of paper towels and when you asked, we drove there and put two more. After you checked out, we saw you did not use the two new rolls, obviously, you found another two rolls we put before you checked in.

Glad to know you had a great time during your stay, also our cleaners came right away as you requested (for the T-shirt and beer caps under the couch pillow cushions, truly sorry about what may have been overlooked, again our cleaners responded right away to fix the situation to accommodate the customer and your needs). For the pots and pans, I did see two of them, badly scratched. We frequently receive long-term tenants (the previous group stayed for 53 nights) "gifts". We donated them to Goodwill already. There are a lot of extra, you don't need to wash them, and we bought 4 brand new ones. For the rug, we flip it to prevent tripping. We had a bad experience, one group damaged our carpet, but we had same-day check-in/out for the next 3 groups, because of this issue, we got three 2 or 3-star reviews. On average, we do steam cleaning every 6-9 months, but some groups still do bad things. We know you like everything be perfect. We'll not argue with your 2-star, but we'll improve and try our best.

Why didn't you tell us while you were staying there, and you even asked us to stay one more night for after Thanksgiving. The previous group stayed 50+ days, and told us the bar stools were a gift for us, we did not know they were broken, and we already threw them away during the bulk trash week. For "Several outdoor chairs were broken", actually, they were not broken and were the gift from the previous group, and we threw them away during the bulk trash week. I saw one beer bottle in the backyard, and put it in the trash bin, did not see broken bottles (or you meant the squeezed aluminum beer bottle?), maybe we missed some. For the caps, our cleaners saw two, put in the trash bin after you checked out. For "there was a missing screen on the kitchen window", I did see the screen in the garage, will install it back. We did purchase a 20-piece cookware set in May, but most groups were local long-term people, not sure if they thought they were theirs and took them away, but we'll buy measuring spoons, measuring cups, and mixing bowls (BTW, this will be the 3rd time we buy them). "a rusted wok", if it's true, we'll throw away. "No dish towels"? we have 30+ towels in the upstairs closet and downstairs cabinet. We did put dish towels in the kitchen, but since you had 12 people, your local relatives and friends may use them before you come to the kitchen? After you checked out, we had two more groups with same-day check-in/out, and the 3rd group will come today and they booked for 53 nights. We'll buy more outdoor furniture. We purchased expensive brand furniture, for example, the black 6-piece leather sectional costs us $14K. Also, the group before you stayed there for almost two months, and our cleaners took 7 hours to clean the house. In the future, please tell us what you need while you were staying, so we can resolve the issues quicker. Just an example, another group in another house, asked us why we put towels in the kitchen, then we told them they can remove them and use paper towels only. 2-Star is really not what we expected, but thank you for your business.

My house rule is NO SMOKING. I hate smoking too. I've been there so many times during your stay, did not smell like you did, as you said, you were very sensitive to smoking. I got two 5 star reviews from two groups after you. I instantly purchased/installed a new shower head which was broken by previous group, but you still complain "water leak". You've been a VRBO member since 2013, but so far, you have ZERO review. I spent at least 5-10 times more than average to answer your different questions. I offered you $ refund, but you stayed. Again, I did not smell anything, and the two groups after you were the witness. The rugs are fine too. They are not tripping hazard.

The owner gave you 31 crystal glasses after your request and a new set of cookware, but you did not mention it. Our glasses and china sets are very expensive, that's why some people intend to steal. You took away our rugs after checking out, and we did not ask for $ or your deposit, which means you like the rugs, runners and they are not tripping. We do agree our backyard furniture was less than what we initially put there, but we'll buy more sets soon.

sorry, did not allow your request for late check out because of the same day check in. Sorry again. Today (4/21/2021) replaced all 4 "rotted" chairs by brand new chairs. Backyard has 10+ chairs totally. Don't know what you meant by "better equipped". We have salt/pepper/coffee/cream/sugar/cooking oil/shampoo/........

2 kings + 3 queens plus two living/family rooms have 3 Ashley leather recliners (5 piece set) and 2 leather sofas (no love seat, only sofas) 5*2 + 3 + 2 = 15. It's in my description.
