Parfaitement situé

Appartement propre, situé à coté de la plage et de la promenade, juste un parc à traverser et on arrive à la plage. Tout est piéton, pas de voitures, pas de problème !!! L'appartement est propre et bien exposé, idéal pour un séjour sans prise de tête avec des enfants.

Très bien situé proche du centre et plage en face même si ce n’est pas la plus belle ; par contre l’appartement est très vétuste il y aurait bcp de travaux de rafraîchissement et de rénovation à faire : manque carreaux de faïence au dessus de la baignoire dangereux avec des enfants en bas âges ! Volet roulant du salon qui ne tiens pas Meuble de la salle de bain très abîmé idem pour le salon Pas de cintres dans la penderie Nous étions 3 personnes seulement 2 chaises de salon de jardin normalement prévu pour 4 ! Et 3 chaises à l’intérieur ! Le grau du roi est une destination très agréable pour partir en famille car les plages sont vastes et surtout la mer est peu profonde sur des centaines de mètres Aurore
