T2 close to the beach in a quiet dead end

For rent 1-room furnished apartment on the 1st floor (labeled Clévacances) in a peaceful location at a dead end in Ploemeur. Nearby you will enjoy the beaches (2km) and shops (2km), the Kerpape rehabilitation center (4km) and the walking paths. In this apartment you will find:

           - a 25 m2 living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen (a washing machine, fan oven, combined fridge, ceramic hob, coffee maker, crockery, toaster, ...) as well as a sofa bed and a TV
            - a bedroom with wardrobe and a double bed
            - a bathroom with WC
            - outside, you will have a private fenced garden area with barbecue, table and chairs.

A parking space is reserved for you near the apartment.
You will have free wifi.
On request, I can offer you free of charge: travel cot, deckchair, bath, high chair and baby cook robot
The tourist tax is to be added (0.8 euros per night and per person).

The services offered are:
 - bed linen: 10 euros per bed and per stay (included for stays of 3 days or less)

Super week-end de l’ascension. Propriétaires très sympathiques et agréable. Appartement spacieux pour nous deux. Avec notre tribu à 4 pattes. Très bon accueil, présence de beaucoup de matériels pour cuisiner..c est agréable et propre. Petit supermarché a 5 mn, grand marché le dimanche dans le centre de très bonne qualité..personne agréables. La mer à 5 mn.. De belles visite a faire.. Des petits sentiers pour promener le chien.. Vraiment, endroit très conviviale que je recommande. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.. .

Appartement propre et très fonctionnel. Un avis précédent mentionnait un accès difficile par escalier...il s’agit en fait d’un escalier tout ce qui a de plus normal. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, donnent des idées de balade (par manque de temps, je n’aurai clairement pas fait la rando sur les rives de la Laïta si Karine ne m’en avait pas parlé, et ce fut une très belle journée, entre terre et mer). L’appartement étant attenant à leur domicile, ils savent rester discrets, tout en restant à l’écoute en cas de besoin. Excellent séjour dans cette belle région, où je ne manquerai pas de revenir.

Très bel appartement lumineux et calme

Seul bémol appartement au premier et le jardinet en bas ce qui oblige à faire beaucoup d'allers et venues avec un escalier très difficile à monter surtout pour une personne à mobilité réduite. Propriétaire très sympa.
