Plenty of parking in a large driveway and garage for at least 4 vehicles Surrounded by over a dozen majestic palm trees, soaking up the afternoon shade and rejuvenating sea breeze, you will be sure to start your journey to relaxation off right. This unique plan can sleep 14 comfortably and holds the convenience of two living levels to suit your needs on your stay at the beach!
[***The bottom floor is a separate efficiency space with access only from the front door***]. Lower level quarters consist of a full bath, (BR1) queen size bed and a twin over full bunk bed. (BR2) The common alcove area beside the kitchenette has a full over full bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed. The upper level consists of a large open dining floorplan for family and friend gatherings, an open kitchen to living room floor plan, (BR3-BR5) 3 king master suites with 2 full baths ensuite, and the 5th bedroom with a hallway bath. Looking for some beachy porch-time? Well, you have found it! Two upper-level balconies with views among the palm trees and two lower-level porch areas to relax and shoot the breeze with family and friends Port A style! Conveniently located in relation to the community pool and the boardwalk to the beach.

Beachy Keen Stay

Place was everything we needed it to be. Accommodated 4 couples and 4 kids easily. Location was great and the free day golf cart was a plus. Only issue we had was with the ice maker. Not a big deal though.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Beachy Keen! Overall the property was very clean. We had one shower that had something red in the tub (hubby thought it was a sealant for the crack in the tub but our daughter and nieces would not shower in it.). Everything else was perfect and we had a awesome vacation! We recommend this property and would stay there again!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Nice House with Community Pool

Overall, the property was very nice and enough room for 4 couples and 4 kids to sleep comfortably. The house is right across from the community pool. The pool was a nice size and very clean. We loved the use of the golf cart and how you could take the boardwalk to the beach. The property does need a little maintenance (I communicated to the owners), but overall it did not take away from our experience/stay. I would stay here again.

Inaccurate bedroom #

This is a mixed review. This is not a 5 bedroom. It has 4 bedrooms and a kitchen dining area with bunk beds. We specifically chose this listing because we had 5 paying couples that needed a bedroom each. If we had wanted 4 bedrooms we could have stayed closer to town. Also there were 2 major safety issues with the stairs (the back stairs were seriously unstable and the front stairs had a nail sticking out, not great for barefoot individuals) and a nonfunctional bed that had to be rectified upon our arrival. To be fair the management company was responsive and made immediate corrections to the property regarding the stairs and bed the night we checked in. The listing was fine otherwise. It was spacious and the pool was right across the street. Had the listing been accurate I would have rated it 4 stars. It was important to us that 5 separate couples have their own bedrooms. 2 couples were forced to lose some of their privacy.

Excellent property with some scope of improvements

The property location and exterior was really great. Free golf cart for 24 hours was a big plus. We had a great time staying there, and visiting the nearby spots. The only downside was that the property is starting to show its age and needs some maintenance (we did report, but couldn't get those done). I sincerely hope management takes care of those soon.

Educators Get-A-Way

This was such a great home to get-a-way to for a family of educators. Even the rain did not diminish our spirits. Lots of room to relax and spend time playing games. Enough room for us to cook each night and eat together. Will definitely consider this home again for future stays.

We had an amazing time with family at Beachy Keen! Perfect location. Wonderful proximity to the pool and beach. It was great having the golf cart and boardwalk access. Kitchen and bedrooms were equipped to fit our needs. Just a few improvements would have made it even better: a lock for the downstairs bathroom, & darker shades to keep sunlight & surrounding houses’ lights out to accommodate sleeping. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Beach house review

I will start with the negatives and that is 1. Not clean and 2. Bed bugs. Upon arrival I would say the place was not thoroughly cleaned. I spilt some water on the floor in the kitchen and there was only one kitchen towel! For a house that holds 10 plus people there should be a drawer of kitchen towels to dry hands dry dishes etc. This is something I expect from rentals. So I wipe the floor with one of our brand new beach towels and the towel is now black… In addition there were only I believe 6 coffee mugs upstairs. Assuming the group will all drink coffee together again this was odd. Next up… the bed bugs! Disgusting and put a huge damper on our trip. Thankfully they were only downstairs. On a positive note the staff at life in paradise were great! They quickly had pest control come to the house and brought us extra sleeping arrangements for the last night. Bed bugs aside I was not impressed with the kitchen or cleanliness. The location was great and the golf cart nice. Great beach access and super convenient pool across the street.
